360° ENTREPRENEURIAL CULTURE
Allied International Group was founded in 2000 with a great project: to become a
global organization able to impose its own leadership on the world markets, without
however losing contact with its roots, which were nourished by professional and
human historical values and by principles of substance, loyalty and community
cohesion.
This aim has been achieved thanks to structural factors: the widening of the sales
network as a firm philosophy of internationalization; the progressive growth in
production sustained by technological innovation; the certificated quality of its
products and, last but not least, the valuing of its human resources.
It is thanks to this intelligent fusion of excellence, this internal spirit and this propelling
strength that the Group can sustain an exceptional pace of development, assert its
identity, establish a cooperative and trusting relationship with its Clients.
These are the guidelines that underlie its entrepreneurial culture:
• Focus on the Client, establishing continuous interaction, founded on knowledge
and trust, and give them our full attention, so that any request may be satisfied
with a perfectly targeted product.
• Pursue quality and innovation through intense Research and Development, collaboration with top universities, in-depth market
studies, continuous improvements in quality standards, confirmed by the highest-level international certifications.
• Value our employees within a working environment in which each person receives consideration and exercises their right to be
listened to in teamwork. Preserve direct relationships that are less formal, but still maintain respect for individuals’ roles, relationships
nourished by regular meetings to decide on future strategies and renew the sharing of values.
• Feel part of the area in which the company has its roots, respecting the natural environment and human rights, supporting
social projects to benefit the weaker segments of the population, sponsoring sporting, cultural and traditional folk events. Aim for
a generally positive effect on the local area.
• Foster coherent and transparent communication both within the company, by means of its Intranet website, and outside it,
by means of the company’s Internet websites, attendance at trade fairs, editorial and advertising material in the most renowned
publications of the sector, the Manual of Visual Identity which also guarantees formal consistency of visibility and agents’ and
managers’ relational style.
It was this very 360° entrepreneurial culture that Ernst & Young wished to recognize in 2009 with the prestigious Award for
Entrepreneurial Excellence presented to Valter Alberici, President of
Allied International Group, nominated Entrepreneur of the Year in the
Finance Section “for having created a Group able to assert itself on an
international level in highly technological sectors, to the extent that
it is the only manufacturer in Europe, and among the few worldwide,
of some of the most delicate components which operate within
nuclear reactors”.

Tectubi Raccordi S.p.A.
Incorporated into Allied International Group in 2003, Tectubi Raccordi
was the first Italian manufacturer of steel buttweld pipe fittings and today
remains the world-leading manufacturer for all types of buttweld fittings to be
Petrochemical · Thermal Power · Stock items for all sectors
Supplier to the most important engineering companies in the world, Tectubi
Raccordi offers the market first-class reliable products and services both during
and after sales. It can also comply with the Client’s specific requirements
and with all relevant specifications. Thanks to the skilled manual ability and
experience of its workers, together with continual technological innovations
and investments, this company has obtained the major quality accreditations,
such as ASME Section III NCA 3800, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004,
OHSAS 18001:2007, TÜV AD 2000 MERKBLATT, GOST - ROSTECHNADzOR
Russia and NNSA China.
A wide range of buttweld fittings is produced in the plants in Italy:
bi-metal lined pipes; outside diameter from 3" to 100"; wall thickness from 3
mm up to 60 mm; lenght up to 12 meters.
In addition, two new plants in Castel San Giovanni, Italy and in Tianjin, China
endowed with the latest technologies, will increase significantly the production
capacity.
Tectubi Raccordi, which exports 90% of its production worldwide and in this
way constantly compares itself with broad horizons, is not new to this principle
of always looking to the future through research and innovation, while it is a
historical company, which has its roots in the far-off 1950s.

Tectubi Tianjin Fittings Co. Ltd.
In 1985, Allied USA had started its business in China supporting the then already
established local market. Now Allied International Group has strengthened
its activities through Tectubi Raccordi, well known in China as a world leading
high pressure fittings manufacturer and has successfully developed its market
in not only the petrochemical and gas pipeline areas, but also aggressively in
the booming power industry.
Tectubi Raccordi has constituted a newco Tectubi Tianjin Fittings in China,
with an investment plan focused to suitably support new Chinese projects in
the nuclear industry.
The new plant, which foresees the recruitment of 200 employees, started in
2011 and has already reached its target of 15,000 tonnes per year.
The main products are hot finished, mandrel, seamless and buttwelding fittings.
The new plant, with a total surface of 68,000 sqm (covered 35,000
sqm), is located in the centre of Dongli Economic and Technological Development
Area (DEDA) and will allow Tectubi Tianjin Fittings to be included in the
Localization Program supported by the Chinese Government. In addition a
sales office has been opened in Beijing, to better serve the Chinese market.
The factory is equipped with the most advanced equipment while all the
“key” technical personnel have been trained in Italy.
Proximity with Chinese Clients and the combination of Italian expertise and
Chinese production speed are the ingredients of a sure success. The longterm
goal is to play a dominating role as the main supplier in critical services
such as super critical thermal power plant operations, nuclear power plants,
LNG terminals, gas pipelines, petrochemical and chemical industries, by
establishing a warehouse to fulfil the objectives of a round-the-clock service
commitment to Clients in China and through sharing the resources of the
international Group production and warehouse resources.
Its market ideas: taking the Clients as our core, taking product quality as our
vital point, taking honesty as our essence.

Raccordi Forgiati S.R.L.
Since its foundation in 1976, Raccordi Forgiati has been actively trading
in and developing its position in the buttwelding fittings market and was
incorporated into the Group early in 2005.
With its long history and experience, Raccordi Forgiati is extremely well
known in its own right as a prestigious manufacturer, specialising in the
full range of buttweld equal and reducing tees, concentric and eccentric
reducers, and caps, in the size range from 1/2” NPS through 36” NPS, fully
complementing and enhancing the Group’s manufacturing ranges. Its
considerable growth has not prevented Raccordi Forgiati from retaining an
organisational structure that is indispensable in ensuring its renowned quality,
delivery and service, supported by a considerable stock of basic materials,
semi-finished and finished products.
As with the other Group manufacturing plants, Raccordi Forgiati independently
holds the highest levels of quality approvals such as TÜV AD 2000 MERKBLATT
and holds ISO 9001:2008 under Lloyd’s accreditation. Since 1986 it has its
own Design, Laboratory, Testing and Inspection facilities, independent of the
other Group facilities, and an independent reference list detailing involvement
in projects on a global basis, confirming it as a world class manufacturer in its
range.
The main Clients therefore include the major global players in the oil, gas, and
petrochemical industrial sectors, who have repeatedly shown their confidence in
the choice of the diverse range of material grades from which Raccordi Forgiati
manufactures its products. These have included from the carbon steel grades,
suiting moderate, low temperature, high yield characteristics, through the alloy
steel grades for elevated temperatures, to austenitic and ferritic/austenitic
stainless steels, including duplex and superduplex, and beyond into the latest
industry grades, including nickel base non ferrous alloys.
Located in Nibbiano and just 3 km from the Group headquarters in Vascellino,
Raccordi Forgiati expands Allied International Group facilities with 6,000
sqm of covered production area and an additional 35,000 sqm (7,000 covered,
28,000 open) of yard and storage facilities.
