into a specific space. (D=M/V) <strong>Density</strong> is reported in g/cm' <strong>and</strong> g/ml.<br />

I. If <strong>the</strong> mass is 23 g <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> volume is 11 m1, what is <strong>the</strong> density of <strong>the</strong> object?<br />

2. If <strong>the</strong> mass is 47g <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> volume is 3cm J , what is <strong>the</strong> density of<strong>the</strong> object?<br />

3. What is <strong>the</strong> volume of <strong>the</strong> cube?<br />

4. Ifa graduated cylinder has 28 mI ofwater in it <strong>and</strong> you add an object which causes <strong>the</strong> water<br />

level to rise to 47ml, what is <strong>the</strong> volume of <strong>the</strong> object you placed in <strong>the</strong> water?<br />

5. Figure <strong>the</strong> volume for <strong>the</strong> object below. The mass of <strong>the</strong> cube is 19g. What is <strong>the</strong> density of<strong>the</strong><br />

cube?
