and SA234/SA960. Basic material as per ASTM A106 material grade B with a guaranteed<br />
hot yield strength as per ASTM / ASME Section II Part D. Material grade WPB and<br />
AE250B. If desired with inspection report as per EN 10204/3.1.<br />
740 ASME B16.9 A/SA 234 WPB Welded carbon steel elbows as per ASME B16.9. Max. C-content 0.22%. Material A234<br />
WPB. Manufactured from SAW pipes or steel plate ASTM A515 material grade 65,<br />
P265GH as per EN 10028-2 or API 5L material grade B PSL1. Weld efficiency factor V =<br />
1.0. Weld seams 100% US tested or X-rayed as per A234M Section 6.2. If desired with<br />
inspection report as per EN 10204/3.1.<br />
740 ASME B16.9 A/SA 420 WPL6 Seamless carbon steel elbows as per ASME B16.9. Max. C-content of 0.22% with a max.<br />
C-equivalent of 0.41% (long formula). Additional requirements as per NACE MR0175/<br />
ISO 15156-2 and MR0103. Manufacturing, testing and inspection as per ASTM A420M/<br />
A960, SA420/SA960 material grade WPL6 as per ASME Section II Part A and Stoomwezen<br />
M0803. Basic material as per ASTM A333 material grade 6, with a guaranteed hot yield<br />
strength at 300°C and 149 N/mm2. Notch impact test at -50°C / 27 J. If desired with<br />
inspection report as per EN 10204/3.1.<br />
750 ASME B16.5 / ASME B16.47 A/SA 105 / C21 Forged carbon steel flanges as per ASME B16.5 manufactured from material ASTM A105/<br />
SA105/C21, with additional requirements as per NACE MR0175/ISO 15156-2 and MR0103.<br />
Max. C-content 0.23%, max. C-equivalent 0.43% (long formula). Flanges > 24” as per<br />
B16.47A / B or BS 3293. Roughness of gasket face up to and incl. 600 Ibs.: Ra = 125-250<br />
microinch (3.2-6.3 microns); roughness of gasket face > 600 Ibs.: Ra = 32-125 microinch<br />
