Micro Penett ® , Penett ®<br />

Innovation in glass separation<br />

This wheel type has many small notches<br />

over the whole ridge. The rotating<br />

movement per<strong>for</strong>ms a scribe with a depth<br />

up to 90 % of the material thickness. So the<br />

breaking <strong>for</strong>ces become dramatically reduced.<br />

Ideally any breaking process becomes<br />

redundant.<br />

The Micro Penett ® is preferable <strong>for</strong> thin glass<br />

cutting up to 0.40 mm thickness.<br />

High edge quality<br />

This cutting wheel enables a very high yield<br />

and a higher edge strength than conventional<br />

wheels independent from the glasstype.<br />
