The <strong>WALDNER</strong> tray sealers are distinguished for their state of the art<br />

technology, high flexibility, enormous capacity <strong>and</strong> above-average<br />

efficiency.<br />

They can be used for an output range of 1,000 – 12,000 trays per<br />

hour, depending on the customers’ requirements.<br />

The <strong>WALDNER</strong> tray sealers of the types <strong>TS</strong> 40, <strong>TS</strong> 60 <strong>and</strong> <strong>TS</strong> 100<br />

are appropriate for various applications.<br />

The product spectrum is highly flexible <strong>and</strong> ranges from the classical<br />

application only as a sealing machine, e.g. for packing fresh meat,<br />

up to complex lines with cup destackers, volume fillers, multi head<br />

weighers, piston fillers <strong>and</strong> manual workstations for filling various<br />

menus. The new tool design ensures a perfect sealing accuracy <strong>and</strong><br />

good residual oxygen values.<br />

A complete network of the servo drives, also for the filling of mixed<br />

particulates, enables any combination of <strong>WALDNER</strong> filling systems<br />

with our tray sealers. Due to walking filling heads highest velocities<br />

can be achieved.<br />

Fully automatic high performance tray sealer for filling various products into premade plastic<br />

trays. Optimized filling due to walking filling heads. The trays are closed by sealing film from<br />

rollstock. The tray sealer <strong>TS</strong> 100 covers a capacity range up to 200 trays per minute.<br />

Fully automatic high performance filling <strong>and</strong> closing machine for filling various products into trays<br />

made of plastic, carton or aluminium. While the chain conveyor runs with a continuous speed, the<br />

cups are filled by a UNIMAT, of which the filling heads adapt to the speed of the chain conveyor.<br />

At the inlet of the tray sealer the trays are positioned at the correct distance for the gripper system<br />

by means of a further conveyor belt. From the gripper system the positioned trays are transported<br />

into the tool, optionally evacuated <strong>and</strong>/or gas flushed <strong>and</strong> finally sealed. With the <strong>WALDNER</strong> tray<br />

sealers it is possible to seal up to 200 trays per minute.<br />

for Ready Meals<br />

The heart of the tray sealer is the sealing <strong>and</strong> cutting tool. This tool is responsible for the closing<br />

quality of the tray or cup. A tool with spherically mounted, individually driven sealing heads ensures<br />

highest sealing quality. With the tray sealer <strong>TS</strong> <strong>and</strong> the UNIMAT fillers (piston fillers), which have<br />

been part of the machinery range for years, as well as the MultiDOS (pocket filler with vacuum<br />

support) <strong>WALDNER</strong> is able to arrange any filling line. We set high values on hygienic design, easy<br />

clean, ergonomics <strong>and</strong> enduring quality. The tray sealer <strong>TS</strong> is completely manufactured from<br />

stainless steel <strong>and</strong> is fully servo driven. For autoclaving the trays high pressures is required. With the<br />

new servo mechanical sealing drive it is possible to achieve sealing pressures up to 10,000 kg.

Special filling head can be lowered, pivoted an it is walking in the<br />

conveying direction in order to distribute the product optimally.<br />

If the productivity is increased at a later point in time <strong>and</strong> a complete automation is required, it is<br />

possible at any time to use the tools of the semi-automatic machine on a fully automatic tray sealer.<br />
