They can be used for an output range of 1,000 – 12,000 trays per hour, depending on the customers’ requirements. The WALDNER tray sealers of the types TS 40, TS 60 and TS 100 are appropriate for various applications. The product spectrum is highly flexible and ranges from the classical application only as a sealing machine, e.g. for packing fresh meat, up to complex lines with cup destackers, volume fillers, multi head weighers, piston fillers and manual workstations for filling various menus. The new tool design ensures a perfect sealing accuracy and good residual oxygen values. A complete network of the servo drives, also for the filling of mixed particulates, enables any combination of WALDNER filling systems with our tray sealers. Due to walking filling heads highest velocities can be achieved. 4 5 Machine design Modular construction of the machine frame. The sub frame houses the driving units which are easily accessible. All product guiding parts of all machines are made of highalloyed stainless steel (at least DIN 1,4404 or AISI 316 L) or plastics suitable for food. Ergonomic working heights, minimum cleaning and changeover times. Optimized filling due to walking filling heads. The trays are closed by sealing film from rollstock. The tray sealer TS 100 covers a capacity range up to 200 trays per minute.
