Manual Pump or Automatic Dilution Control
Hand Dish Wash Liquid
Specially formulated to provide high sudsing action to penetrate
grease and food deposits fast. Your dishes, pots, pans, and glassware
are left film-free thanks to its excellent free-rinsing properties.
Hand Dish Wash Liquid is formulated with a unique blend of synthetic
detergents to deliver phosphate-free cleaning action. Its end-use pH
combined with a special skin conditioner makes it gentle on hands.
Concentrated, one ounce to one gallon of water (1:128)
H-101 Sanitizer
A concentrated sanitizer/deodorizer formulated
especially for food contact surfaces. It is an ideal
product for sanitizing food utensils, counter tops,
drinking glasses, dishes, and silverware, as well as
refrigerated storage and display equipment.
Concentrated, one ounce to 4 gallons of water (1:512)
EPA Registered. NSF Category D2
The SinkMaster allows you to conveniently fill
large sinks with properly diluted solutions of
detergent and/or sanitizer regardless of the
size of the sink or how much is dispensed. Ball
valve operation allows use without holding or
locking a button, labor productivity increases
since employees can be doing other activities
while large sinks are filling.
Super Grease Buster®
A fast-acting cleaner formulated to remove fats, oils,
and cooking grease from all washable surfaces in
kitchens and food processing areas.
Ideal for cleaning ceramic tile, concrete, terrazzo, tables,
equipment, and walls. (Not for use on glass.)

MRD2®
High-foaming degreaser/cleaner formulated to remove
grease, fats, oil, food residues, blood, tallow, and other
process wastes from both vertical and horizontal surfaces.
Perfect for supermarkets, restaurants, food processing
plants, and fast food service areas.
Easy to apply through a foam gun. Can also be applied
with a mop, brush, or sponge.
NSF Category A1, Dilution: 1:20
MRD2 is formulated to be used
with foaming applicators like
the Hillyard foam gun.

Drain Maintainer
The latest advance in bacterial-based products. Use
nature’s own cleaning agents to rid grease traps
and plumbing of grease and waste accumulation.
Liquid Trap Shooter works in tandem with the Trap
Shooter Dispenser. The dispenser saves time and labor
by automating drain maintenance. It is easy to
program and routinely dispenses the correct amount
of Liquid Trap Shooter .
Liquid Enzyme II Drain Maintainer comes conveniently
packed in portion-controlled, 4 ounce pouches. Simply
tear the corner and pour down the drain.

Oven and Grill Cleaner
Formulated to quickly penetrate and liquefy baked on
food, grease, and carbon deposits. A high-foaming

exhaust hoods, charcoal broilers, grills and griddles,
