the first time you see me will probably
be on the sJ Berwin stall at your
university law fair, or at one of our
presentations at your university. please
do come over and say hello - we’re
always more than happy to answer any
questions you have about the firm.
when i’m not out on the road meeting
you all, i’m heading up the graduate
recruitment team – my role is to ensure
we recruit the best possible candidates
for the firm, and to make sure that you
get a great feel for what sJ Berwin is
like at presentations, open days, or on
vacation schemes. i look after all of our
future trainees before they join, and am
always around for a word when you
start your training contract. i also work
with nicola Bridge and ylan steiner, the
graduate recruitment & trainee
Development partners, to make sure
that we are succeeding in attracting the
best possible candidates to sJ Berwin.

when you come through the doors
for your second interview, i’ll be
one of the friendly faces that will
guide you through your case study
and introduce you to our trainees.
i work closely with our campus
representatives organising our
university events, so i’m sure i’ll
see you on campus soon. i’ll also
be here when you start to help you
settle in during the induction weeks
of your training contract.

responsible for the graduate advertising
that will probably be your first taste of
life at sJ Berwin. i review lots of your
applications (so make sure you take
your time over them – we really do look
at them all!), and i’ll also conduct some
of your interviews, with sharon and
some of our senior associates.

allocations, development and

eventually qualification.

speak to me. i’m usually the first
point of contact for all candidate
queries so, as you can imagine,
i’m pretty busy when there are
application deadlines and interviews.
i also work with the team to ensure
the smooth running of all our events
and activities and i look forward to
meeting you at one of these!
