The <strong>Continence</strong> Screening Form should be completed:<br />

● <strong>for</strong> all newly admitted residents (i.e. within 48 hours of their admission).<br />

● <strong>for</strong> established residents who develop new onset incontinence<br />

(i.e. if their continence status changes from continent to incontinent).<br />

If you ticked ‘yes’ or ‘don’t know’ to any of the questions, commence<br />

the <strong>Bladder</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Bowel</strong> Charts.<br />
