in 1977, launching menswear and womenswear collections at
the Barcelona, Madrid, Milan and Dusseldorf catwalks. At the
same company he created the spinoff children’s fashion brand
Trafikito. In 1993, Errando joined his brothers as a director of
Estudio Mariscal, where he currently oversees operations. His
business philosophy contradicts the theory that managers and
creatives have different objectives. Instead, he aims to create
a stimulating, non-hierarchical environment where creativity
can truly flourish. He is the executive producer of animated TV
