<strong>Altius</strong> <strong>MKII</strong> <strong>is</strong> a <strong>tactical</strong> <strong>UAV</strong> <strong>System</strong> <strong>suitable</strong> <strong>for</strong> reconna<strong>is</strong>sance<br />
<strong>and</strong> surveillance over extended range <strong>and</strong> time on target<br />
<strong>Altius</strong> <strong>MKII</strong> <strong>is</strong> medium altitude (< 15,000 ft), medium range (up to 150 kms LOS), fully autonomous, m<strong>is</strong>sion<br />
programmable fixed wing <strong>UAV</strong>. The <strong>Altius</strong> <strong>MKII</strong> system offers ISTAR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acqu<strong>is</strong>ition<br />
& Reconna<strong>is</strong>sance) capabilities at Brigade level through integration of a variety of payloads. The sensor suite <strong>is</strong><br />
modular <strong>and</strong> offers flexibility in types of m<strong>is</strong>sions to be accompl<strong>is</strong>hed. A stabilized dual sensor gimbal pay load <strong>is</strong><br />
integrated with <strong>Altius</strong> <strong>MKII</strong> to carry out m<strong>is</strong>sions in all light conditions. The Ground Control Station consoles are<br />
functionally interchangeable <strong>and</strong> allow highly interactive m<strong>is</strong>sion planning, re-tasking, play-back <strong>and</strong> operator’s<br />
m<strong>is</strong>sion training.<br />
