T & T Jeopardy Game
Supplies Needed to Make the Game:
♦ Six different colors of 3 X 5 cards. Six of each color. (36 total)
♦ Five white 3 X 5 cards (or 1 piece white card stock)
♦ Double-sided tape
♦ Regular tape
♦ Thirty 2 x 4 labels
♦ Scissors
♦ Optional: Clear contact paper
Game Preparation:
Category Headings: Print, then cut apart the category headings.
With double-sided tape, tape each heading to a different colored 3 X 5 card.
Category Questions: Print the questions.
Using the DOTTED lines ONLY, cut apart the set of questions in one category.
The set will include one red/blue and one green/yellow question for each point value.
These are identified by R - (page number), B - (page number), etc.
Point values are printed in book color to help you quickly identify the right question.
Note: Start Zone and Bible Books questions only have one set.
Using the same colored 3 X 5 card as the category heading, tape (with double-sided tape) each
green/yellow question onto the lined side of the card.
Tape the question closer to the bottom of the card, rather than the top, since you will be using a
thumb tack through the top of the card.
Using regular tape at the top of the question only, tape the red/blue question, of the same point
value, over the green/yellow question. This way you can lift the red/blue questions to ask
questions of those clubbers in the green or yellow books.
Repeat for each category.
Point Labels: Print numbered labels. (5 - 25) You’ll need 6 sets. (Print 3 pages.)
Stick the appropriate number to the front (blank side) of the 3 X 5 card.
(Make sure if the questions read "5 POINTS" that you put the number "5" on the front side, etc.)
Repeat for each category.
Cut the five white 3 X 5 cards in half (or use card stock to print on and forget the taping).
Print, then cut apart the “Double Jeopardy” words.
Using double-sided tape, tape one "Double Jeopardy" to each 3 X 5 card half.
Optional:
When finished, cover the front of the cards with contact paper to make them more durable.
[Cut a strip of contact paper 6” wide across the 18" width of the roll. Peel off backing. Lay contact
paper sticky side up. Place all cards in a category on the contact paper next to and touching each
other in the middle of the 6” strip. Press and smooth out. Press the ½” of contact paper on each side
onto the back of the cards. Bend the covered cards/contact paper slightly to cut between cards.]
Game Set-Up:
Needed: Cork board
Thumb tacks
Thumb tack each category heading at the top of a cork board.
T&T Jeopardy

Thumb tack corresponding questions to the headings with point values going from top (least) to bottom
(most) on the cork board.
Under various questions, tack the “Double Jeopardy” cards on the game board. (Do not let clubbers
see this ahead of time.)
Have clubbers sitting in Red, Blue, Green, Yellow teams.
Clubber #1 on the Blue Team should be directly behind clubber #1 on the Red Team, etc.
How to Play the Game:
Ask questions of each individual clubber going from front row to back row.
Let the first person on the Red Team choose which category and point value they wish to try.
Remove that card from the board.
If a "Double Jeopardy" is under that card, the points are doubled for a correct answer.
If applicable, ask which book question, Red, Blue, Green, or Yellow, the clubber wants to answer.
If they answer that question correctly, their team gets the points and you take the card off the board.
If they answer incorrectly, put the card back on the board.
If a "Double Jeopardy" was under that card, take it off. It may not be used again.
Let the first person on the Blue Team choose which category and point value they wish to try, etc.
Continue, letting each person have a turn until all questions are answered or until you run out of time.
You might want to set a time limit for clubbers to begin answering questions.
Recitation of verses must be word perfect. SAMPLE: Back side of 3 X 5 card:
SAMPLE: Front side of 3 X 5 card:
Green and Yellow Questions are under Red and Blue questions.
T&T Jeopardy Devotional Thought
By
Lucinda J. Rollings
Who knows what the word "jeopardy" means? (In trouble or danger)
In T&T Jeopardy, you are in trouble if you don't know the right answer.
Your team will not get the points.
If we don't know the answer to how we can get to heaven, we are REALLY in jeopardy.
Some people think if they go to church, or give money, or try to be good, God will surely let
them into heaven but they are in jeopardy because they are wrong. The Bible says there is only
one way to heaven -- through Jesus Christ (John 14:6).
Our God is a holy God. He has never done anything wrong. Compare that to you and me.
We've all done things that are wrong. No matter how hard we try, we can't be good all the time
(Romans 3:23).
The Bible says the wages or payment for the wrong things we do is death (Romans 6:23).
That means being separated from God forever. Because God is fair and just He must punish all
those who sin.
But God loves us very much. He wants us to live with Him some day. So He sent His very own
Son, Jesus, to earth to die on a cross and take the punishment you and I deserve (John 3:16).
Jesus had never ever done anything wrong. He didn't deserve to die, but He did it because He
loves us (Romans 5:8).
When we believe in Jesus, when we trust that He died for us and accept Him as our Savior, we
