The Directors hereby submit their report and the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December <strong>2007</strong>.<br />
Principal activities<br />
The Company is principally engaged to act as a dedicated and professional one-stop agency for the government in developing<br />
biotechnology industry in the country. There has been no significant change in the nature of this principal activity during the year.<br />

Reserves and provisions<br />
There were no material transfers to or from reserves and provisions during the year under review.<br />
Dividend<br />
No dividend was paid during the year and the Directors do not recommend any dividend to be paid for the year under review.<br />
