The acquisition of technology patent and licenses on 20 November <strong>2007</strong> is part of the 9th Malaysia Plan (“RMK-9”) program<br />
under the <strong>Biotechnology</strong> Acquisition Grant.The completion of the technology acquisition is subject to a 12-month technology<br />
transfer commencing on 1 May 2008.<br />
