Responsibilities:
Monitoring daily ship operations.
Ensure that vessel comply in accordance with Company and legal requirements
Conduct investigations and analysis for any non-conformances, accidents, hazardous
occurrences and take corrective / preventive action to ensure safe operation of vessel.
Prepare and attend to shipboard inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance to
standards.
To monitor validity of vessel certificates and class survey reports.
Ensure effective management and maintenance of fleet tanker operations.
To liaise with client on vessel inspection and compliancy.
Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Master serving onboard vessel
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Port Captain or in similar capacity
Holding Class 1 COC Master certificate
Well versed and familiar with Saudi Arabia Port Operations
Familiar with OSV Operations and DP Operations advantageous
Able to communicate with different nationality of crews

Good contacts with local Saudi Arabia / Middle East vendors, suppliers and shipyards
Able to work independently and as a team
Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to be located and based in Saudi Arabia
Salary Package will commensurate with experience
