Jayco’s tough frame consists five major ingredients which - when vacuum bonded - makes it superior in
strength and detail.
The Jayco Tough Frame also incorporates galvanised plating
to support the internal furniture fittings.

BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The setec converter is equipped with an automatic 13.5V trickle battery
charger that will charge the RV house battery while the converter is on
240V. No switching is required. The Redarc battery solenoid manages
both the vehicle and house battery to maximize charging efficiency of the
house battery, and to protect and isolate the vehicle battery. For the serious
traveller an extra battery provision and solar panel wiring is fitted to cater
for any easy aftermarket upgrade.

Fully integrated one piece fibreglass cab surround improves aerodynamics
and appearance of the interface between the motorised cab and living

SANDWICH PANEL FLOOR
Jayco’s fully insulated floor incorporates a strong Aluminium frame,
sandwiched together with polystyrene, providing a barrier from road noise
and cold temperatures.Internally the floor is finished with a modern, timber
look, hard wearing vinyl, while underneath is finished in external grade
ply with a weatherproof finish.

Jayco has implemented a state-of-the-art nitrogen-based tyre pressurisation system for it’s entire range
of 2010 RV’s. Nitrogen has been proven to be a strong alternative to air for road tyre inflation,
providing a wide range of cost and performance benefits including fuel savings of up to three per cent,
a massive 25 per cent reduction in tyre wear, and a 27 per cent reduction in tyre blowouts.

SOLAR SYSTEMS
SOLAR PANELS ARE AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY (AND MORE COST
EFFECTIVE IN THE LONG RUN) SOLUTION TO CHARGE YOUR BATTERY
IN BETWEEN USE.
They work by using photoelectric materials such as silicon, which produce electricity
when photons from sunlight strike the solar module. Your charged battery can
then run your lights, 12v appliances or even your TV throughout the night.
MONO-CRYSTALLINE PANELS
The anti-reflective coating provides a blue colour which helps to absorb more
light in all weather conditions. These panels are able to be permanently
fixed to a roof if required.
