Many Steps to an Insole.<br />
The fi rst step to a customised boot is the perfectly adapted insole:<br />
the orthopaedic master feeds the foot measurem<strong>en</strong>ts into a CAD<br />
system. There the insole is electronically shaped to the exact profi le<br />
of the foot in a so-called moduler (special software). Th<strong>en</strong> the CAD<br />
moulding cutter mills the perfect insole from plastic wedges of varying<br />
hardness. For various skier types, foot shapes or ev<strong>en</strong> special<br />
insoles for diabetics – no two insoles are alike, it is customised for<br />
your foot.<br />
