The enclosed list should include the following information for all your
group passengers – i.e. including information about coach driver and
guide/party leader:
- Surname
- Given names or initials
- Gender
M=Male
F=Female
- Age group
A=Adult
C=Child = child between 4 and 16 years of age
I=Infant = child between 0 and - but not incl - 4 years of age
- Remarks regarding disability/need for assistance in case of
emergency – i.e. physical handicap, deafness, blindness etc.
In addition, the following information should be given:
- Route, sailing date and time of departure
- The shipping company’s reference number (see booking
confirmation)
- The registration number of the coach
You do not need to send the list to Ferry Center unless you are travelling
on an overnight route (Portsmouth-Bilbao or Rotterdam/Zeebrugge-Hull.
In this case a passenger list should be forwarded to the Ferry
Center group department when you are advising the final group size.
If travelling between Calais and Dover, bring an original + copy with
the group on the coach. The original is handed over to the operator at
the check in booth and the copy you keep for your own records. Please
observe that you need to issue one list for each crossing over the
English Channel.
It is not necessary to use this list! If you have prepared another type of
list (e.g. a computer list for other purposes) which cover the information
needed by the operator, you may use this list instead.
N.B.!
If the list is not complete upon check in, you will be asked to stop and
complete the list before given access to the ferry. This may cause unnecessary
delays and that your reservation may be invalid.
