Colin Burns is a renowned painter of landscape, sporting art and natural history subjects.<br />
Born in Norfolk, many of Colin’s paintings depict views of East Anglia, the beauty of which<br />
has inspired so many fine artists from the 18th century to the present day. However, he is<br />
equally adept at capturing the highlands of Scotland and many other beautiful unspoilt areas<br />
of England and Europe. This year Colin worked on a series of London views in celebration of<br />
the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the Olympic Games. He has held seven one-man<br />
exhibitions in London and his work is represented in many important private collections, both<br />
in Europe and America.
