RH SERIES COILED TUBING HANGERS
The "RH" series was designed to be a highly workable coiled tubing hanger with greater
reliability and more efficiency than other coiled tubing hanger systems.
The "RH" hanger system allows the coiled tubing installer easy access to the slips and
pack-off assembly, through the use of a snubbing window (available from Wellhead
Control Products, Inc.) attached to the BOP stack. This design provides customers the
most reliable and efficient way to set or retrieve the slips and pack-off assembly.
Wellhead Control Products, Inc. wrap around segmented slips are designed for maximum
hanging capacity with minimal tubing deflection. This field proven design is tested and
has been certified for hanging capacity exceeding the maximum tensile strength of
today's high quality tubing.
The "RH" pack-off assembly is a preinstalled lock pin activated primary seal. Wellhead
Control Products, Inc. has developed a unique design incorporating two hardened steel
tubing guide plates above and below the sealing element virtually eliminating wear to
assure pack-off reliability time after time.

CAPILLARY SHEAR AND SEAL UNIT
The shear and seal unit is completely manual. It is fully reusable, and completely
serviceable. The system can shear up to 3/4" tubing, and can handle 2000 psi of well
pressure.

CAPILLARY TUBING COUNTER
The tubing counter uses a high precision counting wheel that is directly coupled to
the manual read out. The counting wheel is machined to .0005", making it extremely
accurate. There are 4 pipe rollers to guide the pipe through the box, and provide the
strength to align the tubing onto the reel. The rollers ride on sealed bearings for
smooth operation and a long life. Snap in axle shafts make roller changes quick and
easy. The body of the counter is split and hinged so that it can be opened for
removal of the tubing.

STAND ALONE CAPILLARY STRIPPER
The stand-alone capillary stripper is designed to be used as a secondary barrier
when running capillary in a live well situation. The unit can be actuated
hydraulically or manually if needed. The manual system also provides a lock in case
the hydraulic system bleeds pressure during operation, or if the unit is left on the
well for extended periods of time.

CAPILLARY HANGER SYSTEMS
RH-C Single String Hanger
This is the RH-C single string capillary
hanger system with the double barrier seal
option.
The RH-C is available in most API
recognized threaded, flanged, and studded
connections. The double barrier seal,
recognizable by it's third set of lockscrews,
is used in extreme situations requiring added
safety measures.
RH-C Dual String Hanger

"Y" SPOOL
WCP Capillary Intervention
System
Capillary tubing often becomes stuck in
the well bore because of salt formation,
paraffin, sand and other contaminants.
Due to it's small size, the capillary string
can easily be parted by an over-pull.
Until recently, a costly fishing job was
required to remove the broken string.
WCP's solution to this problem is the
RH-Y
The "Y" spool provides a method to
deploy/suspend capillary tubing and an
avenue to run a work string or wireline
simultaneously, without retracting the
capillary tube.

Coil Tubing Units
WCP constructs its coil tubing units on an individual basis. Each unit is custom built to
meet the needs and specifications of the customer. This process does take longer than
manufacturing some "cookie-cutter" tubing unit, but the end result is a high quality piece
of equipment.
A Hydraulic System will be designed based on the equipment that will be installed on
the trailer.. It can be either a stand alone, power pack driven system, or it can run off of
the tractor's drive train. WCP will install necessary gearboxes and pumps
Control Cabins and Instrument Panels are made in-house at WCP. The cabin can be
laid out any way you desire. Doors, windows, and chairs can be installed in any
configuration. The instrument panels are machined in our facility, out of stainless steel, to
hold all of the valves and gauges necessary for unit operation. Our average cabin is 8' x 8'
square, but it can be made to any size depending on space requirements. The cabin can be
built as a fixed unit, or one with a hydraulically lifted outer skin. This system allows the
cabin to be mounted much higher on the trailer, which assists visibility while on site. The
roof is then lowered below legal height for transportation. The cabin can also be outfitted
with a number of extra options including, but not limited to: Air Conditioning, power
converters, special lighting, computer systems, air suspension chairs, video monitoring
systems, P.A. system, and communication radios.

Custom instrument panel
Reels can be built to handle any amount of pipe desired. WCP’s high-end reel is the best
on the market. It is an indestructible piece of equipment that is designed for ease of
operation and extreme reliability.
Hose reels can be added to the unit to significantly reduce rig-up and down time when
compared to the standard "hose tree" setup
The Injector Head can be mounted in any number of ways; from a simple flat mount on
the trailer deck to a hydraulically operated tilting mount on the rear of the trailer.
A crane can also be integrated into the trailer if needed.
Walkways, stairs, handrails, and storage compartments can be installed nearly
anywhere, to provide the workers with easy access to mounted components, equipment
and tools, and for personal safety.
