using a mitred jointing system – a unique design

How is a joint made? 

The Mitre Master jointing system ensures 

strength and stability in door and window 

frames. The mitred corner joints are held 

firmly in position with a specific PU foaming 

glue and patented concealed metal chevrons. 

These metal chevrons deliver unbeatable 

performance to ensure the mitre joint stays 

closed, so you can rely on the Mitre Master 

system to produce high-quality, long-lasting 

doors and windows every time.

Every door is individually made: we 

assess the technical aspects of your 

requirements, get a feel for your tastes, 

and then build a beautiful, bespoke 

door that enhances the security and 

appearance of your home. 

Both single and double (‘French’-style) 

doors can be manufactured using 

the Mitre Master system making it 

ideal for conservatories and patio 

entrances. Each unit can be fitted for 

either inward or outward opening 

and is strengthened with simple-tooperate, 

multi-locking espagnolette 

bolts and strong adjustable hinges.

Timber components 

All Mitre Master windows, doors and 

conservatories are made from Sapele 

hardwood or Scandinavian Redwood. A 

combination of engineered and solid timber 

is used to deliver the best performance 

possible while creating a beautifully natural 

appearance. Alternatively, the timber can be 

painted to complement existing features.
