TOURNAMENT RULES
(Failure To Read Is No Excuse)
1. Eligibility: All 2012-2013 TNBA members who are certified by USBC.
2. Entries close March 22nd, 2013 at 7:00 PM (Last Squad). Reserved entries must be accompanied by a certified check or money order. No Entry
will be accepted if the application is not fully completed. Walk-ins will be accepted, if spots are available before the start of any of the squads.
(NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED).
3. All entries received and processed are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee per entry. There will be no refund for no-shows.
4. Unattached cards: TNBA - $20.00 & USBC cards at the published rate may be purchased at the Tournament site for this event.
5. Tournament Format - Four (4) games across eight (8) lanes.
6. Prize fund will be paid 100%. Prize ratio will be at least one (1) prize for every eight (8) entries.
7. Current PBA or Senior PBA members, regardless of classification, will not be permitted to bowl in TNBA tournaments. Past
PBA/PWBA/Senior PBA champions, regardless of classification, may be permitted to bowl if their championship was not within the last
10 years. Former PBA/PWBA/Senior PBA members who have not held a card for the past one (1) year (NO CARD since 2010-2011 season)
are eligible to bowl in “CLASSIC” TNBA tournaments.
8. Premature termination of the tournament brought about by war, national emergency or emergency causes relating thereto or there from; fires,
strikes, lockouts, labor difficulties or other reasons beyond the control of the Bill Rhodman Classic, shall cause the foregoing prize schedules to be
prorated in accordance with the number of entrants who have bowled.
9.All rules not stated above will be governed by TNBA & USBC rules.
10. Anyone employed at Super Bowl Lanes from January 1, 2013 until the end of the tournament is not eligible to participate.
11. The Tournament Committee will make all decisions and reserves the right to refuse or reject any entry.
12. New for the 2013 tournament CROSSOVER DOUBLES. Cost is $20 per bowler. How this works is you must be bowling on the same
squad as your crossover doubles partner. Your score will count with another bowlers score. Cost is $20 pp with $30.00 to the prize fund,
$10.00 expenses. NO CROSSOVER DOUBLES ON THIS SHEET! There will be a separate sheet that must be completed in full. NO
EXCEPTIONS!
12. ***Note*** ALL BOWLERS WINNINGS ABOVE $600 WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT W-9 TAX FORMS OR WINNINGS WILL BE HELD TILL
