Fully automatic ‘candy’ depositor for handling hot<br />
products such as caramel, toffee, chocolate and<br />
similar products that need to be heated to flow.<br />
The machine comprises a jacketed tank suitable<br />
for hot water heating with submersible depositor units<br />
mounted inside the tank thus ensuring that all contact<br />
parts are kept up to temperature. The depositor<br />
pictured is a twin deposit version, but is also<br />
available as a single unit up to<br />
multi-lane/multi-head models.<br />

TWIN OIL DEPOSITOR<br />
A purpose built twin machine for depositing oil over<br />
a variety of products. Mounted on a fully adjustable<br />
height stand, the machine uses unique multi-outlet falling<br />
pin nozzles to give a drip free cut off. Product is sucked<br />
direct from bulk vessels thus eliminating the use<br />
of a hopper.<br />

FORCE FEEDS & STIRRERS<br />
The Dimension depositor can be fitted with a<br />
variable speed force feed/stirrer to auger heavy<br />
viscous products such as cold mashed potato and<br />
heavy pastes into the valve block. Alternatively<br />
a stirrer blade can also be fitted to keep solids in<br />
suspension on thinner mixes.<br />

LOW LEVEL DEPOSITOR<br />
As part of the Dimension range <strong>Steck</strong> have developed<br />
low level alternatives to the standard Dimension<br />
depositor. These low level machines incorporate all<br />
the features of the Dimension depositor and can have<br />
various hopper size options, and all have adjustable<br />
outlet pipe work to suit varying height conveyors. The<br />
angled machine variant has been specifically designed<br />
to fit under conveyor systems to save factory floor space.<br />
