Ciraplex: the new shape of ELISA
Ciraplex assays have up to 12 analytes per well, printed in a patent-pending
circular pattern by our ultra-precise microarray printer. This unique geometry
avoids the “black hole” of lower signal in the center of each well — leveraging
static and dynamic fluid properties to provide consistent incubation on all
12 spots with low sample volume. As a result, Ciraplex can offer sensitivity
greater than ELISA and very high reproducibility in a multiplexing format.

Cirascan: the power of exceptional engineering
Cirascan collects astronomy-grade images
via the high-end optics of its cooled CCD
camera. Cirascan captures multiple images
of each Ciraplex array to ensure wide
dynamic range; its digital acquisition
enables maximum accuracy and sensitivity.
This precise engineering allows exceptional
resolution of relative brightness of each
chemiluminescent spot. Cirasoft automatically
identifies the exact coordinates of each array
spot, creates standard curves, and calculates
the protein concentration of each analyte for
unknown samples. The software provides
accurate raw, tabulated, and graphical data
of Ciraplex TM arrays within minutes.
