a limited edition of 199 hand-made models at 1:8th scale
This precise, lovingly hand-built and fantastically detailed large-scale
model of the Lamborghini Reventón is offered in an edition of just
199 pieces. Each 65cms long model is mounted on a carbon fibre
plinth with a museum quality clear acrylic dust cover. The engine
hatch opens to reveal a perfect rendition of the 640 horsepower 6.5
litre V12 engine. Inside the model the cabin is also recreated in precise
and realistic detail with every button on the dash and every stitch
on the seats beautifully reproduced.
The Lamborghini Reventón ranks as the most powerful and expensive
of Lamborghini’s road cars to date. Costing $ 1.4 million dollars
all 20 vehicles made were quickly sold out, with one additional car
(marked as 0/20) produced for the Lamborghini Museum. It is on that
car now on display at Sant’Agata that this superb model is based.
