LETTERS OF REQUEST AND COMMISSIONS ISSUED BY<br />

FOREIGN COURTS<br />

Attention is drawn to Act II <strong>of</strong> 1951 by which a new Section 78 has been substituted in the Code.<br />

This Section <strong>and</strong> Rules 19 to 22 <strong>of</strong> Order XXVI govern the Procedure for execution in India <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Commissions</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Letters</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Request</strong> received from foreign countries.<br />
