The success of the JETBLACK Cleaning Station is proving that the
improper use of compressed air for personnel blow-down has been a
serious issue.
Available as a portable or wall-mounted package, the JET-BLACK has
been specifically designed to be installed into a factory or clean room
environment where dust, dirt, fibres or water need to be effectively
removed from personnel clothing, footwear, or for product during
themanufacturing process.
The JETBLACK is safe, and easy to use. The unit is powered by a high
speed fan unit which produces air pressures of less than 2.5psi, but
enough air volume to be able to safely agitate dust and debris from
clothing for example.
The JETBLACK poses no danger to operators, and having a blower as
the power source and not compressed air has eliminated the issue
to contact pressure with any obstacle including direct contact with
human skin.

air, to remove excess material from clothing and
allow operatives to go home as they arrived, but nothing
seemed to work and meet Health and Safety guidelines until
