Galvanised Welded Mesh Panels

Strong and cost effective ways of cladding double 

sided runs only, for single side runs use the solid 

cladding above or speak to the sales office. The 

back panel sets are made from either two or three 

panels to make the height of the bay. The panels rest 

between the two bays and are joined and secured 

with cable ties.

Light grey solid back cladding (hook in type) 

Simple to fit back cladding panels that simply hook in to the 

upright with no fixings required, they are suitable for both single 

and double sided runs. The panels are recessed so they finish flush 

with the back of the shelves whilst also providing the bracing for 

the bays. Each set comprises of panels 400mm or 500mm high to 

make the required height of the bay, with the first panel always 

starting 100mm from the floor.

The shelf is based on the design from our 

chrome wire shelving range and provides 

heavy duty solutions to any application. 

The wire construction allows for ventilation 

and light around the stored products as well

with no fixings required, they are suitable for both single and double 

sided runs. The panels are recessed so they finish flush with the back 

of the shelves whilst also providing the bracing for the bays. Each set 

comprises of panels 400mm or 500mm high to make the required 

height of the bay, with the first panel always starting 100mm from 

the floor.

Long Span Heavy Duty Racking

unrivalled strength and rigidity 

The design offers an upright width of 47mm with a central tapered 

slot which offers a strong friction connection whilst being easier 

to install the beam levels. The beams are formed as an 87mm 

`Z` profile section with a 3 fingered claw that can be adjusted on 

a pitch of 50.8mm (2 inch). The beams are then fitted with deck 

supports on all bays 610mm and deeper. The tie also locates into 

the beam eliminating any beam rotation. Each level is then fitted 

with 18mm thick high density chipboard panels.

Our cantilever system is based on modular 

bays and fittings to provide cost effective 

storage of long and awkward items. The frames 

are available in 3 heights and two depths in 

both single and double sided configurations. 

Each bay comes complete with 3 arms per 

frame and you can add or deduct the number 

of levels required. The arms can be fitted with 

end stops (at an additional cost shown) to 

secure any loose products from falling off. 

The frames are spaced 1000mm apart with
