D Cam - Lock and Unlock<br />
The 9650C-D cam allows the locking bar to be moved up to an unlocked position or down to a<br />
locked position within the lock case by means of a key.<br />
M Cam - Latch Retraction<br />
The 9650C-M cam allows the latch bolt to be retracted from a locked position by means of key. This<br />
cam does not allow the lock to be left in an unlocked state. This cam is fully reversible for left and<br />
right handed doors<br />
A Cam - Lock and Unlock, Latch Retraction<br />
The 9650C-A cam has a dual function if turned towards the latch bolt it allows the latch bolt to be<br />
retracted from a locked position or alternatively this cam allows the locking bar to be moved up to<br />
an unlocked position or down to a locked position within the lock case by means of key. This cam is<br />
fully reversible for left and right handed doors.<br />

V CAM - Lock and Unlock, Key and Turn<br />
The 9650C-V cam works as a link by moving the turn adaptor. If used with the ST9602 or ST9604<br />
mortice locks, the 9650C-V cam via the adaptor allows the locking bar to be moved up to an<br />
unlocked position or down to a locked position. If used with the ST9601 and ST9603 deadbolt<br />
range this will lock or unlock the deadbolt.<br />
H Cam - Hold Back<br />
The 9650C-H cam has a dual function if turned towards the latch bolt it allows the latch bolt to be<br />
retratcted from a locked position and if rotated to a 360 degree position and the key removed the<br />
latch bolt can be held back within the mortice lock rendering the door in an unlatched unlocked<br />
position. Release is achieved by inserting the key again and rotating back in the opposite direction of<br />
which hold back was acheived. This cam is fully reversible for left and right handed doors.<br />
B CAM - Bolt Lock and Unlock<br />
The 9650C-B cam locks or unlocks the bolt mechanism of the ST9601 and ST9603 deadbolt range<br />
only.<br />
D Adaptor - Lock and Unlock<br />
The 9640SA-D turn adaptor allows the locking bar to be moved up to an unlocked position or down<br />
to a locked position within the lock case by means of a turn, or by movement of the link created<br />
when using the 9650C-V cam
