We have a standard line of products that have been formulated to meet the needs of our customers. When the need for
a customized product arises, we will then work with the customer to fulfill that need. Flo-Kem is constantly striving to
develop better, safer and more cost effective industrial maintenance chemicals. Our products are subject to the strictest
standards of quality control, and our innovative R & D team is always looking for new ways to improve them.
All of Flo-Kem’s products are available with private labeling. You can either provide your own camera-ready art, or
we’ll design a label for you. Ask your Flo-Kem representative for further details. Flo-Kem’s Total Performance lines are
product systems designed for a specific maintenance requirement. For example, Total Performance Restrooms includes
everything needed for restroom maintenance and sanitation. There are also systems for floor care and carpet care. Flo-
Kem backs all of its product lines with sales support programs and literature available to the distributor. We’re committed

POWDER
0027 CAUSTIC CONCRETE CLEANER: A new heavy-duty concrete cleaner containing pine oil. Bleaches as it cleans. May also be used also
on brick, tile, wood, and woodblock floors. Highly concentrated. White color with pine scent.
0272 KLEAN POWER: (Non-Caustic) An industrial grade powdered concrete cleaner. It may be used safely on painted or unpainted concrete
floors. For removal of oil and grease. Yellow color with pine scent.
3631* FLOOR CLEAN 3631: (Non-Caustic) This is a pink tinted detergent to be used primarily for general kitchen clean-up and sanitation.
For all around jobs, in the kitchen, hoods, over stoves, slats on floors, refrigerators, garbage pails, walls, woodwork, etc. Pink color with

LIQUID
0018* CAUSTIC FLOOR CLEANER 0018: A low foam, liquid floor cleaner for those difficult greasy floors. Green color with mild scent. (A1)
0635* FLO-KEM FLOMATIC: Low-foaming alkaline cleaner and degreaser designed for use in automatic floor scrubbing machines. Especially
effective where heavy oil and grease deposits are encountered. Blue color with butyl scent. (A1)
0735* LOW FOAM CLEANER 0735: Special product where oil, grease, and grime are a problem. Can be used in an auto scrubber. Amber
color with butyl scent. (A1)

0045 HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM BRIGHTENER: Heavy duty aluminum brightener and corrosion remover for trucks and vans. Contains
hydrofluoric acid. Clear with strong acid scent.
0100 RUST REMOVER: An inhibited muriatic acid for descaling steam cleaners and dishwashing machines. Yellow-brown color.
DRAIN CLEANERS & SEWER SOLVENTS
1137* FLO-OUT DRAIN OPENER: (Granular) A dry chemical which is activated when it comes in contact with water. Use in an industrial
plant or in municipal sewer lines. Yellow color with pine scent. (L1)
5195* FLO-ZYME: (Bio-Enzyme) Active live cultures with odor control. Use to maintain drain traps, waste treatment plants, and other drain
systems. Use to kill pet odors in carpets. Milky off white color with pleasant scent. (L2)
5769 CITRUS FRESH CONCENTRATE: A more concentrated solvent drain opener. It is a more effective in heavily soiled, greasy areas. (C1)
5520 ODOR CONTROL NF: Deodorant for chemical toilets. To be used in portable chemical toilets in campers, buses, and trailers. Very dark
blue with cherry scent.
