a customized product arises, we will then work with the customer to fulfill that need. Flo-Kem is constantly striving to 

develop better, safer and more cost effective industrial maintenance chemicals. Our products are subject to the strictest 

standards of quality control, and our innovative R & D team is always looking for new ways to improve them. 

All of Flo-Kem’s products are available with private labeling. You can either provide your own camera-ready art, or 

we’ll design a label for you. Ask your Flo-Kem representative for further details. Flo-Kem’s Total Performance lines are 

product systems designed for a specific maintenance requirement. For example, Total Performance Restrooms includes 

everything needed for restroom maintenance and sanitation. There are also systems for floor care and carpet care. Flo-

POWDER 

0027 CAUSTIC CONCRETE CLEANER: A new heavy-duty concrete cleaner containing pine oil. Bleaches as it cleans. May also be used also 

on brick, tile, wood, and woodblock floors. Highly concentrated. White color with pine scent. 

0272 KLEAN POWER: (Non-Caustic) An industrial grade powdered concrete cleaner. It may be used safely on painted or unpainted concrete 

floors. For removal of oil and grease. Yellow color with pine scent. 

3631* FLOOR CLEAN 3631: (Non-Caustic) This is a pink tinted detergent to be used primarily for general kitchen clean-up and sanitation. 

For all around jobs, in the kitchen, hoods, over stoves, slats on floors, refrigerators, garbage pails, walls, woodwork, etc. Pink color with

0018* CAUSTIC FLOOR CLEANER 0018: A low foam, liquid floor cleaner for those difficult greasy floors. Green color with mild scent. (A1) 

0635* FLO-KEM FLOMATIC: Low-foaming alkaline cleaner and degreaser designed for use in automatic floor scrubbing machines. Especially 

effective where heavy oil and grease deposits are encountered. Blue color with butyl scent. (A1)

0045 HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM BRIGHTENER: Heavy duty aluminum brightener and corrosion remover for trucks and vans. Contains 

hydrofluoric acid. Clear with strong acid scent. 

0100 RUST REMOVER: An inhibited muriatic acid for descaling steam cleaners and dishwashing machines. Yellow-brown color.

1137* FLO-OUT DRAIN OPENER: (Granular) A dry chemical which is activated when it comes in contact with water. Use in an industrial

5769 CITRUS FRESH CONCENTRATE: A more concentrated solvent drain opener. It is a more effective in heavily soiled, greasy areas. (C1)

6976 ALKALINE SPRAY CLEANER: Is recommended for hot CIP, circulation, boil-out, or spray cleaning of pasteurizers, evaporators, heat 

exchange surfaces, and many other types of food processing equipment. Also good as a hot tank spray cleaner for engine blocks and

0636* FLO-KEM FLO-KLEEN 57: Highly alkaline food plant cleaner. Used for cleaning deep fat fryers and general cleaning. Also used for the

0706* SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER: A self-foaming alkaline product for cleaning smokehouses. Radiator hot tank compound. Free rinsing and

1126* FLO-KEM KLEENER 96: An advanced, newly engineered hot tank material for rapid cleaning of all ferrous metal parts. This is a 

product containing a group of entirely new chemicals blended with materials of known properties that in combination become a

NON FERROUS METAL CLEANERS 

0804 NSA SPRAY CLEANER: Mild alkaline spray cleaner for aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. This product is free rinsing and there 

is very little build up of scale or sludge in the spray washer or on the heating element. Clear liquid with mild odor. 

9675 CAS 2000 CLEANER: Cleaning agent with VOC less than 25 grams/liter used at level dilution. Excellent for use in parts washers, dip & 

soak tanks and foaming systems. Green color with citrus scent. See Customer Service for special minimum order requirement.

0761* FLO-KEM PC-61: A hot tank spray cleaner for cleaning aluminum, aluminum alloys, and other composite metals. White powder. (A1) 

7303 SPRAY WASH 7303: A powdered, non-caustic, safe-solventized hot tank spray cleaner used for cleaning oil, grease, and other deposits 

from all metals. Proven to be an excellent oil and grease emulsifier and contains a biodegradable non-toxic solvent derived from oranges.

3010* FOAMING DEGREASER 3010: (Truck Brite) Formulated to clean the exterior surface of trailers and tanks. Cleans diesel smoke, road

3824 DELUGE CAR SHAMPOO: A viscous liquid, concentrated detergent designed for use in automatic car washes. It has rich, stable suds, 

and excellent lubricity. It is recommended for mitting operations, automatic foaming and brush equipment. It is unaffected by hard 

water, and is free rinsing. Green color. 

3825 PINK WASH & WAX: Highly concentrated liquid car washing compound. Leaves a wax luster after application. Pink color. 

5261 FLO-FOAM: A concentrated car shampoo designed to be used in automatic equipment or in mitting operations. Clear, blue-green color.
