Conrad Eigenmann, President As president, owner and cofounder of FIE, with over 36 years of experience, Conrad leads the project management and estimating teams while overseeing project management reporting and bid review as well as training and advanced education. He is a licensed electrical contractor and manages all areas of the company, including high voltage installations, termination, substation fabrications, power plant, airport, industrial and commercial electrical distribution. Mike Scharf, Vice President Mike brings over 154 years of experience in the electrical industry to FIE. A graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he manages multiple areas of the company including business management, project analysis and strategic positioning.
