<strong>Pioneer</strong> Dealer Network<br />

<strong>Pioneer</strong> has a large dealer network throughout the<br />

United States and Canada plus in some foreign countries.<br />

Even though you are welcome to buy directly from us, we<br />

encourage you to buy from your local dealer. This will usually<br />

save you money. Contact us to locate a dealer near you.<br />

<strong>Pioneer</strong> Equipment Inc. does not maintain an official<br />

website. Any <strong>Pioneer</strong> Equipment displayed or sold via the<br />

internet is done so by dealers or individuals.<br />

Ordering<br />

To help us process your order quickly and accurately be sure to:<br />

• Use the enclosed order form. If you need additional space<br />

photocopy the order form or use a blank sheet of paper.<br />

• Type or print clearly and fill in all requested information.<br />

Be sure to use item numbers.<br />

• It is important that you give us your correct ship to street<br />

address. UPS or truck shipments cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.<br />

• Include your home and work phone numbers in case we need<br />

to contact you about your order.<br />

Truck freight shipments need a phone number<br />

to schedule delivery.<br />

• Make checks payable to <strong>Pioneer</strong> Equipment, Inc.<br />

• We accept all major credit cards<br />

Returning Merchandise<br />

• If you receive merchandise damaged, defective,<br />

you are not satisfied with it in any way, or simply<br />

decide you do not want it, you may return it within<br />

30 days for a full refund.<br />

• Send us a note explaining why you want to return<br />

it and whether you want an exchange, refund<br />

or substitute.<br />

• Be sure to include your name, address,<br />

invoice number, and the date you received the<br />

merchandise. We will then contact you with<br />

details for returning the merchandise.<br />

Shipping<br />

• All items, unless otherwise noted, are priced F.O.B.<br />

our shop. This means you are responsible for<br />

shipping costs.<br />

• Items over 70 pounds or exceeding UPS size<br />

requirements ship via truck freight. Some truck<br />

freight shipments need to be crated to protect<br />

the merchandise.<br />

• UPS will not accept any package exceeding 108”<br />

in length, so items such as wagon tongues have to<br />

be shipped via truck freight.<br />

• We have special discounted rates with some<br />

truck freight lines which save you up to 50% on<br />

shipping charges. Keep in mind that most truck<br />

freight companies have a minimum charge per<br />

shipment of $100.00 and up.<br />

• Rates vary widely depending on total weight,<br />

classification and destination. Contact us for<br />

exact freight and crating charges on your<br />

shipments.<br />

• Most items are kept in stock and available for<br />

immediate shipment. Allow 7 to 10 days for<br />

delivery. If an item is out of stock we will inform<br />

you if we expect a lengthy delay.<br />
