Pioneer Dealer Network
Pioneer has a large dealer network throughout the
United States and Canada plus in some foreign countries.
Even though you are welcome to buy directly from us, we
encourage you to buy from your local dealer. This will usually
save you money. Contact us to locate a dealer near you.
Pioneer Equipment Inc. does not maintain an official
website. Any Pioneer Equipment displayed or sold via the
internet is done so by dealers or individuals.
Ordering
To help us process your order quickly and accurately be sure to:
• Use the enclosed order form. If you need additional space
photocopy the order form or use a blank sheet of paper.
• Type or print clearly and fill in all requested information.
Be sure to use item numbers.
• It is important that you give us your correct ship to street
address. UPS or truck shipments cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Include your home and work phone numbers in case we need
to contact you about your order.
Truck freight shipments need a phone number
to schedule delivery.
• Make checks payable to Pioneer Equipment, Inc.
• We accept all major credit cards
Returning Merchandise
• If you receive merchandise damaged, defective,
you are not satisfied with it in any way, or simply
decide you do not want it, you may return it within
30 days for a full refund.
• Send us a note explaining why you want to return
it and whether you want an exchange, refund
or substitute.
• Be sure to include your name, address,
invoice number, and the date you received the
merchandise. We will then contact you with
details for returning the merchandise.

Shipping
• All items, unless otherwise noted, are priced F.O.B.
our shop. This means you are responsible for
shipping costs.
• Items over 70 pounds or exceeding UPS size
requirements ship via truck freight. Some truck
freight shipments need to be crated to protect
the merchandise.
• UPS will not accept any package exceeding 108”
in length, so items such as wagon tongues have to
be shipped via truck freight.
• We have special discounted rates with some
truck freight lines which save you up to 50% on
shipping charges. Keep in mind that most truck
freight companies have a minimum charge per
shipment of $100.00 and up.
• Rates vary widely depending on total weight,
classification and destination. Contact us for
exact freight and crating charges on your
shipments.
• Most items are kept in stock and available for
immediate shipment. Allow 7 to 10 days for
delivery. If an item is out of stock we will inform
you if we expect a lengthy delay.
