terms) Email scans can be sent or colour photocopies sent of single items. All lots bought
and found to be miss-described will be refunded immediately.
. Credit cards NOT accepted. Paypal accepted (add 3%). Pro forma invoices will be sent to
successful postal buyers and lots won will be sent on receipt of payment by cash or UK bank
cheque. Please pay within 7 days as we endeavor to pay out vendors within 21. Postage
will be recorded or parcel post at buyers risk unless we are instructed otherwise. Buyer to pay
postage costs. Bidding will be in £1 steps upto £20 then £2 steps upto £40, then £5 steps upto
£100 then £10 upto £200 then £20. Commission charged to sellers at 15% dropping to 10%
overall if that vendor’s sales exceed £1000. No unsold charges are made and unsold lots are
automatically re entered in the next sale at reduced estimate unless instructed otherwise by
the vendor. Buyers are charged a buyers premium of 15% with a minimum £2 per lot. VAT
is not charged on any lot unless specifically stated in the lot description. We collect large lots
nationwide FREE.. We NEED lots of lots!! Whatever you have we can sell for you.
Minimum lot value £25 please. No faulties, 2nds, fillers or Junior collections please.

acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you plus our estimates/ reserves. Usual turn
round time from receipt to payout can be as little as 5 weeks. Bids below 80% of estimate
are respectfully declined. ‘Buy’ bids not accepted. In the event of two bids of the same
amount being received for the same lot the first received will win. Room buyers lots are nonreturnable
once they leave the room. All sales are held under the standard Philatelic

First of all an apology for the postage muck up with the last catalogue which resulted in
1700 of you being charged £1.41. This happened because we out-source our catalogue
posting and the company concerned got it wrong. Luckily three mail bags got thru but
two were held by Royal Mail Revenue Protection Dept for upto 3 weeks which meant
many of you received and paid excess charges for an out of date catalogue by the time
they had sent the cards out. Those who contacted us have had a refund and our
apologies again and our thanks to the vast majority of you for your understanding. If
you, on the other hand, were one of the abusive so and so’s who ranted and raved on the
phone by letter or email, you too would have been refunded but you are not reading this
on a catalogue sent to you as you ain’t gonna get anymore .....you’ve had free catalogues
for at least 12 copies without any problems and at the first hiccupp you throw your
tweezers out of the pram and stamp your feet as though the world had ended. Well, the
world hasn’t ended but your free catalogues have.
