monthly winter coffee mornings and
help give nature a voice by raising funds
for our vital conservation work. Join
RSPB staff and volunteers for a hot
drink and a chat, in the comfort of the
visitor centre, whilst enjoying the
wonderful view and wildlife of the
reserve.. All of our coffee & tea is
Fairtrade. Cost: £2 to cover tea/coffee
and biscuits/cakes. Tickets can be
purchased in advance at the reserve.

Parish Church written, performed and
produced by pupils in Primaries 5 and 6
of Lochwinnoch Primary School. All

Glam Rock Christmas Service
For those of you who thought the Seventies
were the epitome of taste and good music,
there is a chance to walk down memory
lane as we sing along to some of our
favourite Christmas anthems and discover
how they can share the Christmas message
with us today.
Even if you are too young to remember the
Seventies, if you enjoy a good sing-a-long,
this is a service for you – in the Parish
Church, 7pm on Sunday 19 th December.
The Lochwinnoch
Nativity Play
Back in September, pupils
in Primaries 5 & 6 were
invited to take part in a
new lunchtime club called
― L i g h t s ! C a m e r a !
Action!‖. The purpose of the club is to
produce the ―Lochwinnoch Nativity Play‖.
The play sets the birth of Jesus in
Lochwinnoch in the year 2010. The pupils
have been working hard learning new
skills such as acting, script writing,
costume designing, team working, set
designing, publicity, location management
and all the other skills necessary to
produce a movie.
The script is a collaboration among many
pupils and is now complete. They are now
undertaking the hard work of rehearsing
and designing sets and costumes. The
recording will be taking place over the next
couple of weeks – you might even see us
out on the streets.
There is much work to be done and we are
aware that the date for the World Premier
is fast approaching. All readers of the
Chatterbox are invited to our premier on
the 24 th December, in the Parish Church
at 7.00pm. We look forward to welcoming
to our Premier Party.
