WELCOME<br />
Once again thank you for taking the time to evaluate our breeding program. This has been a tough year but<br />
the best cattle prices we have ever witnessed will soon be upon<br />
us.<br />
I want to stress … our main value to you is our breeding<br />
program. It is not to tout a bull’s ra-ra pedigree or sell you a fat<br />
bull that looks like he has a lot of muscle. But, rather to help<br />
you NET MORE $$$ from a methodical, economic <strong>and</strong> reality<br />
driven approach to commercial beef production.<br />
Our bulls selling are not perfect. No bulls are. What they will<br />
do is deliver what we tell you. <strong>The</strong> drought started for us last<br />
fall <strong>and</strong> it killed our weaning weights so we decided not to<br />
publish them. If you want to really choose the right bull for your program I suggest you call me as I can point<br />
you in the right direction or no direction if we don’t have a bull that meets your specs. As for the heifers I<br />
want to remind you this is a long term program. We have sunk a ton of effort into developing them <strong>and</strong> they<br />
have been culled ruthlesslessly.<br />
<strong>The</strong>re are some really nice purebred cows selling. We will provide DNA cards for any calves born to unknown<br />
sires as we run multiple bulls in our breeding traps.<br />
Our goal is not to have zillions of buyers, just the high quality, net profit driven ones whom enjoy enduring <strong>and</strong><br />
profitable relationships that last a lifetime.<br />

covered with a site unseen, 100 percent<br />
guarantee. <strong>Bull</strong>s will be delivered to you in<br />
March, <strong>and</strong> if you’re not happy, we’ll write out<br />
a check to you immediately. Or, you can pick<br />
out another bull from our breeding stock.<br />
OUR WARRANTY:<br />
Upon satisfactory delivery, all bulls selling for<br />
$3,000 or more are covered under our First<br />
Breeding Season Guarantee. <strong>Bull</strong>s covered<br />
will receive a sale credit minus salvage<br />
value. <strong>Bull</strong> can be returned for a suitable<br />
replacement, if available. Breeding season is<br />
defined as the 60 day period following the<br />
first turnout of bulls.<br />
