The customer inserts the Hardinge ID collet assembly into the machines "standard" OD pick-off attachment instead of purchasing a costly ID pick-off attachment from the machine builder. Euroturn's "standard" OD pick-off attachment, as shown to the right, will have the flexibility to grip the part internally using the Hardinge ID pick-off collet shown.
