Dedicated to ensure customers’ safety, we established our own Eurolube 

brand to deliver Thorough, Safer and Greener (TSG) industrial 

cleaning solutions. A key tie-up with US-based Florida Chemical 

Company culminated in Eurolube’s first citrus series in 2001, using D- 

Limonene as a core ingredient. A naturally occurring extract from orange 

peel, D-Limonene is 100% natural and has been Generally Recognised 

As Safe (GRAS) rated by the US FDA. 

With a conscious emphasis on plant-based surfactants and au naturel

OIL SPILL DISPERSANTS 

HOW IT WORKS DIRECTIONS FOR USE 

Due to its lower density, the oil floats to the surface of the seawater to create 

an oil sleek. When Eurolube Oil spill dispersant is added into the oil, the 

surfactants diffuse into the oil sleek and rapidly migrates into the oil-water 

interface. 

The surfactants reduce the interfacial tension between the oil and water. 

Their presence (“oil-loving tails” and “water-loving heads”) at the interface 

reduces the energy required to disperse the oil into the water. 

The Oil Spill Dispersant acts solely as an agent to enhance the formation of 

discrete oil droplets and they remain afloat in the sea. The dispersant does 

not “weight” the oil droplets in order to sink them. 

Micro-organisms consume the oil droplets and the oil spill dispersants 

producing natural by-products commonly found in marine environment. 

This process occurs at a much faster rate when the oil is broken into smaller 

droplets by Eurolube oil spill dispersants. 

OIL SPILL DISPERSANT IN ACTION 

One drop of Eurolube Formula 3070 Oil Spill Dispersant is 

introduced into a petri dish containing crude oil and water. This 

experiment is similar to the standard U.S. Environmental Protection 

Agency (EPA) Test for the effectiveness of oil spill dispersant. 

For the treatment of oil spill on sea or water, set up fence 

around the spillage to prevent diffusion. Then remove oil

FORMULA 3333 

CITRUS RUST CONVERTER

Designed for use in industry where rust problems 

are acute. 

F3333 is a chemically active compound that reacts 

with rust and converts rust to give a truly protective 

coating which can improve paint adhesion. 

In cases where sand blasting is not possible, 

F3333 can be used to its advantage. 


Use a suitable degreasing detergent with a wire 

brush to remove loose rust and flaking point to 

achieve good contact surface for better adhesion 

and durability. 

Remove any oil, grease and soils in areas near 

saltwater, rinse clear with water or any residual salt 

deposits which would interfere with the reaction. 

Wash and rinse surface with water, following 

immediately with Formula 3333. 

Brush a good coat of Formula 3333 on to clean 

suitable area allow it to dry for about 15 to 30 minutes.

FORMULA 60 

STEELGARD RUST PREVENTIVE 

SURFACE PREPARATION 

For maximum protection, surfaces should be free 

from dirt and oil. Formula 60 can be applied over 

damp metal surfaces. In many instances, the coating 

has been applied to oily surfaces with good results. 

APPLICATION 

Formula 60 is a water-based corrosion inhibitor that 

will freeze at 32F (0C) and is applied above freezing 

temperature. At room temperature, Formula 60 

normally dries in approximately 15 minutes and will 

completely cure to a water-resistance coating which 

will not be washed off by water in 24 hours. 

DIPPING 

Dipping application is recommended where a large 

number of small parts are protected. Draining time is 

usually less than one minute. Rust preventive 

formulation of pools in recessed areas should be avoided. 

SPRAYING 

Formula 60 may be sprayed on by any spraying 

equipment designed to work with water-based coatings. 

The viscosity of Formula 60 (150-200 C.P.S) is sufficient 

to ensure a uniform corrosion-resistant surface on 

vertical or horizontal surfaces. Formula 60 should be 

sprayed as concentrated form as thinning or dilution with 

water may produce poor results. 

DRYING TIME 

Formula 60 provides excellent protection for inside and outside 

storage. It sets quickly at room temp, usually within 15 mins. 

Upon setting, it changes visibly from a soft blue milky film to a 

dry-touch blue translucent wax-like film. 

The curing process normally takes 24 hours but may be 

completed in as little as 5 mins with blower fans, heat lamps or 

drying rooms. Coating should not be subjected to rain until film 

has been cured. 


High Performance – waterborne rust preventive on 

metal surfaces. Meets the performance requirements 

for Military Specification MIL-C-16173D-Grade 1.

FORMULA 6001 

WIRE ROPE LUBRICANT

DESCRIPTION 

A semi-fluid wire rope lubricant incorporated with a 

non-flammable solvent for ease of application 

and gives a higher level penetration level than 

ordinary solid lubricants. 

Formula 6001 is specifically designed to lubricate 

wire ropes operating under adverse conditions. 

It displays pseudo-plastic (thixotropic) properties 

to retain a lubricant consistency when static but thins 

on shearing. Thus allowing ease of applications and 

penetration into the wire rope. 

APPLICATIONS 

Pressure application systems such as Viper wire 

rope lubricator forces the semi-fluid lubricant into the 

wire rope under high pressure. Pressure lubrication 

provides a very effective means of application to 

ensure the lubricant reaches the wire rope core in a 

single application. 

Formula 6001 can also be applied by manual 

lubrication using a brush or spray.

The Viper Wire Rope Lubricator provides fast and effective lubrication of wire ropes from 

5/16” (8mm) to 2-5/8” (67mm) in diameter, at speeds up to 6,670 ft (2,000mt) per hour.

The Collar is the heart of the 

VIPER Wire Rope Lubricator

With robust steel construction 

and corrosion protection 

coating, the collar has two 

anchor holes at each end to 

enable it to secure and easy 

to use locking toggles to lock 

the two halves of the collar in 

place. The Collar allows 

lubrication of wire ropes from

Seals

force the lubricant into the wire rope under positive pressure.

Clareguard GRL BIO has been specially formulated to meet
