8. Financial Transactions<br />
8.1. You are entirely responsible for any payments due to <strong>betFIRST</strong> in case of conflict, you cannot refuse<br />
payment or reverse transactions and you must also compensate <strong>betFIRST</strong> for any fines charged because of your<br />
payments. <strong>betFIRST</strong> can, as its discretion, block access to the Service or stop paying certain users.<br />
8.2. <strong>betFIRST</strong> reserves the right to check the solvency of any of its users using the information provided at<br />
registration or via a third party.<br />
8.3. When opening a <strong>betFIRST</strong> account, the user must make a minimum deposit of €20 in order to play.<br />
Thereafter, the minimum deposit amount is €10. You can make a deposit at any time using your credit or debit<br />
card, an electronic waller, a prepaid card or a bank transfer. Please note that the available payment methods will<br />
depend on your currency and jurisdiction.<br />
8.4. Players can make deposits of a maximum of €1000 per week.<br />
8.5. <strong>betFIRST</strong> reserves the rights to request additional information and proof of age, identity and home address<br />
before permitting withdrawals, in order to verify your identity. Such information and proof is necessary for security<br />
reasons and allows us to verify the personal information given at registration in comparison with those you<br />
provide us with. In such case where the information is different, we reserve the right to cancel any bets which<br />
have been placed.<br />
8.6. <strong>betFIRST</strong>'s customer services will allow a withdrawal request, only after verifying the identity of the user and<br />
the player account, and after having confirmed that the player has no outstanding payments to <strong>betFIRST</strong>. All<br />
withdrawal requests will therefore require user authentification.<br />
8.7. Funds may be withdrawn at any point. However specific rules apply to bonus withdrawals. A minimum<br />
Playthrough (number of minimum bets that must be placed before being able to withdraw your bonus) must be<br />
carried out to unblock your bonus. The conditions of use concerning bonuses can be found on the Site under the<br />
Promotional Offers and Bonuses Conditions.<br />
8.8. If we credit money to your Account through a promotional offer, this money can only be used to place bets on<br />
our Site. You cannot withdraw these funds, unless stated otherwise in the promotional conditions.<br />
8.9. We reserve the right to pay withdrawals, either in part or in whole, via one of our intermediary payment<br />
methods with which deposits are made by you.
