The exclusion of HLB by shoot shoot-tip tip grafting was experimentally confirmed in 1987 (Jiang et al., 1987; Chen et al., 1987 ). Accompanied with other diseases control, shoot shoot-tip tip grafting is used for preparing HLB free mother plants.
