Assembly Instructions 


Note: This quality product was designed to be assembled using simple hand tools 

(provided and/or easily available). The use of power tools when assembling this product 

can permanently damage or destroy its usability. Please read the assembly instructions 

carefully before proceeding. 

1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and parts required. 

2. Pick up a Side Return (F) and align the bottom holes with the threaded inserts on the tab of 

Left Side Leg (EL), insert & screw four 3/4” Bolts (2) with Washers (4 & 5), tightly fasten with 

Allen Wrench provided. As shown in detail #1. 

3. Repeat the procedure to combine the other Side Return (F) with Right Side Leg (ER) 

together.

Note: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts, then go 

back and fully tighten all bolts, this will make it easier during assembly of unit. 

4. Connect the Left and Right Side Leg (EL & ER) with Top & Middle Shelf Frame (A & B), 

using the 3/4” Bolts (2) with Washers (4 & 5) through the end bracket holes of shelf frame 

into the threaded inserts on the Side Legs. Make certain the suction cup holes on shelf 

frames are up. See detail #2. DO NOT fully tighten the bolts. 

5. Proceed to connect both Side Return (F) with the Bottom Shelf Frame (C), using eight 3/4" 

Bolts (2) with Washers (4 & 5) from underneath. Make sure the “U” plate of shelf frame 

points toward back. See detail #2.

6. Align and attach Long Spine (D) to the back of the Shelf Frames (A, B & C) using the 3/4” 

Bolts (2) with Washers (4 & 5) through the holes on “U” plate into the Spine. See detail #3.

7. Now go back and securely tighten all the bolts with Allen Wrench provided. Make sure the 

Top Shelf Frame (A) is flush with both Side Legs (EL & ER). 

8. In case of uneven floor, Floor Levelers are provided at the bottom of both Side Legs (EL & 

ER). Simply tilt the unit back and raise or lower floor leveler by hand to correct tilting as 

shown in detail #4.

Assembly Instructions to attach Deluxe Bracket w/ Mounting Plate 

9. Attach Deluxe Bracket w/Mounting Plate (J) to the top of Long Spine (D), using six 3/4” Bolts 

(2) with Lock Washers & Flat Washers (4 & 5) as shown in detail #5. 


J – Deluxe Bracket w/VESA Plate (1) Allen Wrench

Note: There are two mounting options included in this 3-in-1 system TV console: 

1. Mounting Plate; 

2. XYZ Mounting Frame to accommodate random hole patterns. 

10. For LCD 32” or smaller you can mount your LCD directly to the Deluxe Bracket with 

Mounting Plate (J), using the appropriate Bolts through the Lock Washers and Flat Washers 

through the proper holes of Mounting Plate and then into the TV. See detail #6. 

Note: Hand threading the bolt in the TV Mounting Kit included into the threaded insert 

on the back of the TV to determine correct size bolt you will require. If you are unable 

to find the correct one, consult a local hardware store.

Note: For Plasma and LCD TVs larger than 32”, you must use the XYZ Mounting Frame (K) 

provided. The XYZ Mounting Frame will accommodate large LCD without VESA Hole Patterns 

and Plasma TV’s with Random Hole Patterns. 

11. Attach XYZ Mounting Frame (K) to the Deluxe Bracket with Mounting Plate (J) with the back 

hook is bottom, thread six 3/4” Bolts (2) with Large Flat Washers (6) through the appropriate 

slots of “C” Plate on XYZ Mounting Frame and the top & bottom hole set on Mounting Plate, 

through the other Large Flat Washers (6) and Lock Washers (4) then secure with Nuts (3), 

see detail #7. 

Note: Make sure the Mounting Frame is centered on the Mount Plate for added security. 


K – Mounting Frame (1) Allen Wrench

Mounting Monitor Bracket to a television with a flat back 

Note: For televisions with a curved back or recessed back proceed directly to step #15. 

12. Determine the correct diameter of the bolt your TV requires by hand threading them into the 

threaded insert on the back of the TV. If you encounter any resistance, stop immediately. If 

you are unable to find the correct bolt consult a local hardware store. 

13. Once you have determined the correct diameter Bolt, follow the appropriate Diagram below, 

thread the short Bolt through the appropriate Lock Washer, Flat Washer, the Monitor 

Bracket (L), and into the upper threaded inserts of TV. As shown in detail #8A. 

Note: Lean the TV up against a wall or other solid surface when attaching with the Monitor 

Brackets. DO NOT place the TV face down on the glass this may cause permanent damage. 

14. Proceed to insert the long Bolt through the appropriate Lock Washer, Flat Washer, the slot 

of Monitor Bracket (L), a second Flat Washer (M4/M5 Diameter Bolts only), appropriate 

Spacer, and into the bottom threaded inserts of TV. As shown in detail #8. Make sure the 

Monitor Brackets (L) are centered and level with each other. Tighten the bolts securing the 

Monitor Brackets to the TV.

15. Determine the correct diameter of the bolt your TV requires by hand threading them into the 

threaded insert on the back of the TV. If you encounter any resistance, stop immediately. If 

you are unable to find the correct bolt consult a local hardware store. 

16. Once you have determined the correct diameter Bolt, follow the appropriate Diagram below, 

thread the Bolt through the appropriate Lock Washer, Flat Washer, the Monitor Bracket (L), 

a second Flat Washer (M4/M5 Diameter Bolts only), appropriate Spacer and into the 

threaded inserts of TV. See detail #9. 

17. Make sure the Monitor Brackets (L) are vertically centered and level with each other. 

Tighten the bolts securing the Monitor Brackets to the TV.

18. Avec de l'aide, soulever et accrocher le téléviseur en fixant les supports d'écran (L) sur le

19. Once the TV is in place, insert the Safety Bar (M) completely into the bottom holes on the 

Mounting Frame. Make sure that it sits over the bottom hook of the Monitor Bracket and the 

bent end is faced toward wall and seated onto the slot of back hook for additional security. 

See detail #10. 


M – Safety Bar (1) No Tool Required 





20. Put the Suction Cups (1) into the top holes of three Shelf Frames (A, B & C) in place. Make 

sure the Suction Cups are inserted all the way into the pre-drilled holes to prevent the glass 

shelf from falling and getting damage. See detail #11. 

21. Insert three Glass Shelves (G, H & I) in place as shown in detail #11. Be sure the Top Glass 

(G) is centered of the unit. 

Note: Make sure the Glass sits correctly and goes all the way against the Spine. When you 

sliding the shelf in, the glass shelf must go from the top of the suction cups, this can prevent 

the suction cups stop the glass sliding. If glass is scratched you can repair by using a BLACK 

marker and filling in scratched area from underneath.

TIPPING RESTRAINT HARDWARE 

Note: We have included one Tipping Restraint Hardware bag for this Unit. 


When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping 

of the unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. We strongly recommend mounting this 

hardware to a wall stud and your Unit when installing. 

Please carefully read the instructions printed on the plastic white bag. 

Note: You must install the Tipping Restraint Hardware with the unit in use to prevent 

any accidents or damage to the unit. 

Tools Required: Allen Wrench (provided), Phillips Screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill, and 

3/8” Drill Bit. 

Your assembly should now be complete.
