year. Replay recently acquired six more plots of<br />
land on the island and plans to develop a wider<br />
range of accommodation, including those<br />
geared towards locals who are starting to show<br />
an interest in investing in real estate along with<br />
their western counterparts, a move that is<br />
certain to bolster the confidence of the project’s<br />
foreign investors.<br />
The locations of the new developments<br />
have yet to be revealed. The team, however, had<br />
earlier released plans for a 72-unit complex in<br />
Cha-am near Hua Hin aimed at people wishing<br />
to live within driving distance of the country’s<br />
capital Bangkok. The development is aimed at<br />
young professionals who work from home but<br />
still need easy access to the capital as well as<br />
commuters looking for an alternative to living in<br />
