5 Top of 7th Heaven<br />
Directions from <strong>Whistler</strong> mountain<br />

Top of WhiSTler peak – Go up<br />
the <strong>Whistler</strong> Village Gondola to the<br />
Roundhouse Lodge. From there, head right<br />
towards the Peak Express Chairlift and ride<br />
the lift to <strong>Whistler</strong> Peak.<br />

Top of Symphony – From the<br />
<strong>Whistler</strong> Peak, travel left down Matthews<br />
Traverse to Burnt Stew Trail and Jeff’s<br />
Ode-to-Joy to the bottom of Symphony Express.<br />
Travel up the chair to Piccolo Summit.<br />

Top of harmony – From Piccolo<br />
Summit, travel down Jeff’s Ode-to Joy and<br />
connect back to Burnt Stew trail to the Harmony<br />
Express Chairlift and travel up the chair to the<br />
top of Harmony.<br />

peak 2 peak gondola – From the<br />
top of Harmony, travel down Pika’s Traverse to<br />
the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola and take the gondola<br />
to <strong>Blackcomb</strong> mountain.<br />

Top of 7Th heaven – On <strong>Blackcomb</strong>,<br />
take Express Way to the bottom of 7th Heaven<br />
Express Chairlift and take the chairlift to the top<br />
of 7th Heaven.<br />

Spanky’s into Ruby Bowl 2<br />
<strong>The</strong> <strong>Wonder</strong> <strong>Routes</strong><br />
Route 2 – <strong>The</strong> Steeps Sampler<br />
1 Couloir Extreme<br />
Directions from BlackcomB mountain<br />
1<br />
couloir exTreme – Start at<br />
the top of 7th Heaven and head left<br />
to the top of the Couloir Extreme.<br />
<strong>The</strong> main entrance to this run is just<br />
below the summit. Once finished,<br />
take Jersey Cream run to the bottom<br />
of Glacier Express Chairlift and take<br />
the lift up.<br />

Spanky’S ladder inTo<br />
ruBy BoWl – At the top of Glacier<br />
Express, offload to the left and<br />
traverse to the bottom of the<br />
Spanky’s Ladder boot pack to hike<br />
to the main entrance to Spanky’s.<br />
Garnet Bowl to Ruby Bowl is the<br />
main route down, but the steepest<br />
way is to take the high traverse on<br />
the left.<br />

peak 2 peak gondola<br />
– After skiing Ruby Bowl, travel down<br />
the <strong>Blackcomb</strong> Glacier Road ski out<br />
and connect with Excelerator Express<br />
Chairlift. Take the lift up and travel<br />
down to Jersey Cream Chairlift which<br />
will drop you off next to the PEAK 2<br />
PEAK Gondola station. Travel on the<br />
gondola to <strong>Whistler</strong> Mountain.<br />

Shale Slope – Now on <strong>Whistler</strong><br />
Mountain, head right towards the<br />
Peak Express Chairlift and ride up. At<br />
<strong>Whistler</strong> Peak, the entrance to<br />
<strong>Whistler</strong> Bowl will be on your right as<br />
you get off the chair. Ski the main<br />
bowl and trend skier’s right to get on<br />
the lower traverse to the top of Shale<br />
Slope. Keep right down the run to<br />
minimize the hike at the bottom to get<br />
back to Peak Express Chair.<br />

WeST cirque – Ride back up to<br />
<strong>Whistler</strong> Peak and take Upper Peak to<br />
Creek run to the right. Stay right and<br />
connect with the traverse road to the<br />
entrance of West Cirque. A small hike<br />
up will take you to the top.<br />

merlin’S Bar & grill – Start at Merlin’s<br />
Bar & Grill with a snack before heading up<br />
Wizard Express and Solar Coaster Express.<br />
Take Expressway to the bottom of 7th Heaven<br />
Express where you’ll take the lift to the top.<br />
Travel down on the Crystal Traverse to the<br />
bottom of the Showcase T-Bar. Take the T-Bar<br />
to the top to enter <strong>Blackcomb</strong> Glacier.<br />

BlackcomB glacier – Travel down the<br />
<strong>Blackcomb</strong> Glacier and take the <strong>Blackcomb</strong><br />

take Jersey Cream Express to the PEAK 2 PEAK<br />
Gondola and head over to <strong>Whistler</strong> Mountain.<br />

Lower Peak-to-Creek where you’ll finish in<br />

Route 4 – Gold Medal Route<br />

– This route starts inside the Roundhouse Lodge<br />
on <strong>Whistler</strong> Mountain looking at the Olympic<br />
Display inside the front doors.<br />
2<br />
men’S olympic doWnhill – From the<br />
Roundhouse Lodge, take Upper Whiskey Jack<br />
trail around the left side of the Lodge and<br />
pass Chic Pea Hut on your right further down<br />
the run. Head towards Orange Peel but before<br />
heading down the ski run, turn off to your<br />
right and access the Dave Murray Downhill,<br />
which was the Men’s Olympic Downhill and<br />
Super-G course.<br />

olympic ringS – Ski the Dave Murray<br />
Downhill to the Timing Flats just above<br />
<strong>Whistler</strong> Creekside. Here you will find a sign<br />
indicating every gold medal winner from the<br />
2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games<br />
along with the original Olympic rings when<br />
looking back up the mountain.<br />

duSTy’S Bar & BBq – Finish off at Dusty’s<br />
Bar & BBQ with a celebratory drink.<br />

Women’S olympic doWnhill – To<br />
extend your Gold Medal Route, head up the<br />
Creekside Gondola and Big Red Express and<br />
take Little Red Run to the top of Wild Card which<br />
was the Women’s Olympic Downhill and Super-G<br />
start. Follow Wild Card down and connect with<br />
Franz’s run which will take you down this<br />
alternate Olympic Course to <strong>Whistler</strong> Creekside.<br />

is done, you can take Easy Out all the way down.<br />
Otherwise, grab a ride on Solar Coaster Express<br />
and connect with the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola for<br />
more fun on <strong>Whistler</strong> Mountain!<br />

down Catskinner to Gear Jammer. Finish<br />
Gear Jammer and head back up Solar<br />
Coaster Express.<br />

STaircaSe & <strong>The</strong> BiTe – Once back at<br />
the Rendezvous Lodge, take a left and<br />
traverse under the Jersey Cream Express<br />
Chairlift where you’ll have options to take<br />
Blowdown, Staircase and <strong>The</strong> Bite to the<br />
bottom of Jersey Cream Express.<br />

arThur’S choice – Continue through<br />
the flats next to Jersey Cream Express and<br />
head down the upper section of Zig Zag to<br />
Crystal Chair. Upload Crystal Chair and take a<br />
left down Ridge Runner where you’ll meet your<br />
3rd Powder Stash, Arthur’s Choice.<br />
5 Expressway to Where’s Joe<br />

loWer exceleraTor zone – Finish<br />
Arthur’s Choice and take a left on the<br />
<strong>Blackcomb</strong> Glacier Road to Excelerator<br />
Express chairlift. <strong>The</strong> trees around this lift<br />
offer additional powder stashes.<br />

expreSSWay To Where’S Joe – Once<br />
up Excelerator Express Chairlift, head left to<br />
Jersey Cream Express and ride the lift to the<br />
top. Take a right and follow Expressway to<br />
your 5th Powder Stash where you’ll have the<br />
option to ski Raptor’s Ride, Where’s Joe,<br />
Watch Out and Yard Sale to Sunset Boulevard.<br />

Dapper’s Delight and Chunky’s Choice.<br />
