Frequently Asked Questions<br />

Q. How long is our space reserved?<br />

A. Your party will be reserved for three hours. Simply Lunch Fondue is<br />

reserved for two hours. Additional time can be secured upon reserving.<br />

Q. Is there a room charge?<br />

A. <strong>The</strong>re is no additional charge for the room or tables.<br />

Q. Do you accommodate vegetarian diners?<br />

A. Yes, party packages may be modified to fit most<br />

dietary requests and allergens.<br />

Q. Are table decorations available?<br />

A. Yes, we can decorate your table with long stem rose arrangements,<br />

helium balloons, place cards & <strong>Melting</strong> <strong>Pot</strong> gift bags.<br />

Q. Do you have a children’s menu?<br />

A. Guests 11 years and younger are $10.00 per child and guests<br />

from 12 to 16 years of age are $25.00 per young adult.<br />

Q. Is tax and gratuity included?<br />

A. No, state sales tax of 7.5% is collected & a gratuity of<br />

19% is added to the final total, less tax.<br />

Q. Will my guests have a hard time finding parking?<br />

A. No, we offer complimentary valet parking for your entire party.<br />

Q. When must I tell you my final guest count?<br />

A. We ask you to guarantee the number of guests attending your event 72<br />

hours prior to service. In the event of a fall off in number, a gift certificate<br />

will be extended in the amount of the difference.<br />

Cancellations must be made no later than 96 hours prior to the date.<br />

Q. Will I have my own personal menu?<br />

A. Yes, we will customize your menu with your company’s name,<br />

guest of honor’s name or any special heading.
