Step 4 - If desired, you can save the attachment on your computer or you can<br />
forward the E-mail to another recipient.<br />
Step 5 - Follow the link in the E-mail message to save or delete the message<br />
from the <strong>Voice</strong> <strong>Mail</strong> system.<br />
ManageMyPhone.com Options<br />
You can access your <strong>Voice</strong> <strong>Mail</strong> from anywhere Internet access is available. Visit<br />
www.ManageMyPhone.com and simply enter your User ID (which is your 10-digit<br />
home phone number). Next, enter your Password (initial password 9999). (It’s<br />
recommended to change your password after your fi rst login.)<br />
Once you are logged on, the Manage My Phone website allows you to listen,<br />
delete and save <strong>Voice</strong> <strong>Mail</strong> messages. Change, add or delete the E-mail address<br />
where you’re receiving notifi cations and/or turn the E-mail notifi cation on or off.<br />
Accessing <strong>Voice</strong> <strong>Mail</strong><br />
From Home (Using Auto Login, see above.):<br />
Step 1 - Dial *48.<br />
From a Different Location:<br />
Step 1 - Dial 715-XXX-8100. (Your exchange, i.e. 715-664-8100) OR dial your<br />
home phone number and press # when <strong>Voice</strong> <strong>Mail</strong> picks up.<br />
Step 2 - Enter your 10-digit home phone number.<br />
Step 3 - Enter your password & press #.<br />
Retrieving Messages<br />
Step 1 - Access your voice mailbox.<br />
Step 2 - Press 1 to listen to your messages. You will hear the announcement<br />
“You have X new messages and X saved massages.”<br />
Step 3 - Press 1 to listen to new messages.<br />
Step 4 - Press 2 to listen to saved messages.
