National <strong>Warranty</strong> Company’s (NWC) <strong>Sentinel</strong> <strong>Warranty</strong><br />
provides a comprehensive range of covered components and<br />
high levels of coverage to help protect against unexpected<br />
costs of repairing your vehicle in the event of mechanical<br />
failure. A range of plans are available for 1-5 year terms for<br />
all vehicle makes, models and age.<br />

<strong>Sentinel</strong> <strong>Warranty</strong><br />
Protection against unexpected costs of mechanical faults and repairs.<br />
What is covered under warranty?<br />
The <strong>Sentinel</strong> <strong>Warranty</strong> covers parts and labour for an<br />
unlimited number of repairs on covered components.<br />
Each claim is paid up to the component monetary limits<br />
to repair the vehicle to a condition consistent with its age,<br />
condition and kilometres travelled.* (See table right).<br />
What plans and terms are available?<br />
Four different plans are available depending on your<br />
vehicle prerequisite and the level of cover required (see<br />
table right). All plans are available for 12, 24, 36, 48 and<br />
60 month terms.<br />
What happens if I need to claim?<br />
If your vehicle breaks down, call NWC, prior to arranging<br />
any repair work to the vehicle. A member of the NWC<br />
Claims Team will promptly assess your claim and<br />
direct you to the nearest approved repairer anywhere in<br />
Australia.<br />
Authorised claims are then paid direct to the repairer - you<br />
won’t have to wait to be reimbursed therefore reducing<br />
your out-of-pocket expenses.<br />
What servicing is required to maintain the warranty?<br />
To maintain the warranty on your vehicle, regular servicing<br />
and maintenance needs to be carried out by a licensed<br />
mechanic in accordance with the <strong>Sentinel</strong> <strong>Warranty</strong> plan<br />
servicing requirements as outlined in the <strong>Warranty</strong> Terms<br />
and Conditions.<br />
