Province <strong>of</strong> Massachusetts Bay. He married as his second wife Lydia Sears (729), daughter <strong>of</strong><br />
Captain Paul Sears (1470) and Deborah Willard (1471), on 30 December 1706 at Harwich,<br />
Province <strong>of</strong> Massachusetts Bay.<br />
v. Sarah (175) was born on 10 May 1671. 36 Her death date has not been found.<br />
20. vi. Prence (176) was born on 22 May 1674. He married Hannah (--?--) (734) before 1699 at<br />
Mansfield, Connecticut Colony, now Tolland County.<br />
vii. Elizabeth L. (177) was born on 22 June 1676. 36 She died on 22 March 1677/78 at Eastham,<br />
Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable County, Massachusetts, at age 1. 36<br />

7. Mary 4 <strong>Snow</strong> (156) (<strong>Nicholas</strong> 3 , <strong>Nicholas</strong> 2 , <strong>Nicholas</strong> 1 ) was born on 14 December 1630 at Plymouth, Plymouth Colony,<br />
now Plymouth County, Massachusetts. 37 She married Thomas Paine (1428), son <strong>of</strong> Thomas Paine (5457), in July 1650 at<br />
Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable County, Massachusetts. 37 She died on 28 April 1704 at Eastham, Province <strong>of</strong><br />
Massachusetts Bay, at age 73. 37<br />
Thomas Paine (1428) was born on 18 January 1611/12 at Kent, England. He lost the sight in one eye before he left<br />
England "by an arrow." 38 He immigrated in 1622 arriving in Massachusetts Bay Colony with his father Thomas Paine<br />
(5457); Kent, England. 38 He lived at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable County, Massachusetts, in May 1655<br />
where he was one <strong>of</strong> the first settlers. 30 He became a freeman on 1 June 1658 at Plymouth, Plymouth Colony, now<br />
Plymouth County, Massachusetts. 38 He died on 16 August 1706 at Eastham, Province <strong>of</strong> Massachusetts Bay, at age 94.<br />
Children <strong>of</strong> Mary 4 <strong>Snow</strong> (156) and Thomas Paine (1428) were as follows:<br />
i. Mary 5 (1429) was born circa 1651 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable County,<br />
Massachusetts. 1 She married as her first husband James Rogers (4196), son <strong>of</strong> Lieut Joseph<br />
Rogers (1467), on 11 January 1670 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable County,<br />
Massachusetts. 39 She married as her second husband Israel Cole (1430), son <strong>of</strong> Daniel Cole<br />
(2397) and Ruth Chandler (2485), on 24 April 1679 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now<br />
Barnstable County, Massachusetts. 40 She died on 12 May 1705 at Eastham, Province <strong>of</strong><br />
Massachusetts Bay. 1<br />
James Rogers (4196) was born on 18 October 1648 at Plymouth, Plymouth Colony, now<br />
Plymouth County, Massachusetts. 41 He died on 13 April 1678 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony,<br />
now Barnstable County, Massachusetts, at age 29. 42<br />
Israel Cole (1430) was born on 8 June 1653 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable<br />
County, Massachusetts. 43 He died in 1724 at Eastham, Province <strong>of</strong> Massachusetts Bay. 1<br />
ii. Samuel (1383) was born in 1652 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable County,<br />
Massachusetts. 1 He married Patience Freeman (1382), daughter <strong>of</strong> Major John Freeman (1157)<br />
and Mary Prence (1171), on 31 January 1681/82 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable<br />
County, Massachusetts, 9 kids. 44 He died on 13 October 1712 at Eastham, Province <strong>of</strong><br />
Massachusetts Bay. 45<br />
Patience Freeman (1382) was born circa 1664 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable<br />
County, Massachusetts. 46 She died on 15 February 1744/45 at Eastham, Province <strong>of</strong><br />
Massachusetts Bay. 1<br />
iii. Thomas (1431) was born in 1657 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable County,<br />
Massachusetts. 47 He married Hannah Shaw (1432), daughter <strong>of</strong> Deacon Johnathan Shaw (179)<br />
and Phoebe Watson (180), on 5 August 1678 at Plymouth, Plymouth Colony, now Plymouth<br />
County, Massachusetts, 14 kids. 48 He died on 23 June 1721 at Truro, Province <strong>of</strong><br />

v. Elisha (1434) was born on 16 March 1657/58 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now Barnstable<br />
County, Massachusetts. 1 He married Rebecca Doane (1435), daughter <strong>of</strong> John Doane (4151)<br />
and Hannah Bangs (4148), on 20 January 1684/85 at Eastham, Plymouth Colony, now<br />
Barnstable County, Massachusetts, 10 children. 52 He died on 4 February 1734/35 at Canterbury,<br />
Connecticut Colony, at age 76. 51<br />
