forced <strong>the</strong> Boche from in front <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> 28th Division, relieved <strong>the</strong> 28th Division <strong>and</strong> forced<br />

<strong>the</strong> Boche to fall back in front <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> 77lh Division on our left. <strong>The</strong> above statement<br />

made by Gen. Pershing in 1919 at a review <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> 82nd Division.
