vate 1st Class January 15, 1918. Participated in <strong>the</strong> St.<br />

Mihiel <strong>of</strong>fensive <strong>and</strong> later in <strong>the</strong> Argonne drive. Here he<br />

vfas accounted for as missing in action, but later it was<br />

found that he was in Base Hospital. Retirrned from hos-<br />

pital to Company again on January 1, 1919.<br />

Joined Company November 8, 1918, as replacement to<br />

<strong>the</strong> 82nd Division.<br />

Joined Company April 19, 1918. Participated in <strong>the</strong><br />

St. Mihiel <strong>of</strong>fensive, where he was wounded by shrapnel<br />

on September 15, 1918. Evacuated to hospital same date.<br />

Joined Company November 13, 1918. Sent sick to hos-<br />

pital June 30. 1918.<br />

Joined Company November 17, 1917. Participated in<br />

<strong>the</strong> St. Mihiel <strong>of</strong>fensive, where on September 15, 1918, he<br />

was wounded by shrapnel near Norroy. Evacuated to hos-<br />

pital same date.<br />

Joined Company April 23, 1918. Participated in <strong>the</strong><br />

St. Mihiel <strong>of</strong>fensive <strong>and</strong> later in <strong>the</strong> Argonne drive, where<br />

he was wounded by shrapnel on October 8, 1918, near<br />

Cornay. Evacuated to hospital same date.<br />

Joined Company October 22, 1917. Participated in both<br />

<strong>the</strong> St. Mihiel <strong>of</strong>fensive <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> Argonne drive.<br />

Joined Company November 1, 1917. Participated in <strong>the</strong><br />

St. Mihiel <strong>of</strong>fensive, where he was kOled in action by<br />

shrapnel on September 15, 1918, near Norroy, France.<br />

Joined Company October 19. 1917. Participated in <strong>the</strong><br />

St. Mihiel <strong>of</strong>fensive, fulfilling his duties faithfully at all<br />

times. Sent sick to hospital on October 8, 1918, <strong>and</strong> died<br />

in hospital later on October 8, 1918, at AUeray, France.
