Granulated sugar N°1 <strong>600</strong> conformed to the qualitative<br />
standards defined in the European standard N°1. This<br />
sugar is suitable for applications in which whiteness and<br />
clarity are important: especially sweets and alcoholic<br />
drinks.<br />
Processing method This product is obtained by diffusion, purification,<br />
evaporation and crystallization from sugar beets or canes<br />

Granulated sugar N°1 <strong>600</strong> is in accordance with the current European Pharmacopoeia.<br />
GMO The granulated sugar N°1 <strong>600</strong> which we manufacture does not come from<br />
genetically modified organisms and consequently, by virtue of the current<br />
European regulations (Regulations 1829 / 2003 / CE and 1830 / 2003 /<br />
CE), no mention of labelling concerning GMO is necessary.<br />
DATE OF DURABILITY Granulated sugar N°1 <strong>600</strong> is exempted from the indication of best-before<br />
date, according to the European Directive 2000/13, article 9.<br />
ALLERGENS The Directive 2000 / 13 / CE concerns the indication of the ingredients<br />
present in foodstuffs and, particulary, the major allergens and their byproducts.<br />
The appendix III of the modified Directive 2000 / 13 / CE (<br />
showing the list of the allergenic ingredients in which one labelling is<br />
necessary) is replaced by the appendix of the Directive 2007 / 68 / CE<br />
regarding these food ingredients.<br />
Substances or ingredients which are listed must be mentioned on the label<br />
of foodstuffs.<br />
Considering this information, we declare that no labelling is required for the<br />
finished products in which one the granulated sugar N°1 <strong>600</strong> is used as<br />
ingredient.<br />
IONIZATION No treatment by ionization intervenes during the manufacturing process of<br />
the granulated sugar N°1 <strong>600</strong> (Decree N 2001-1097).<br />
ESB/EST No product of animal origin is used or may be used in the granulated sugar<br />
N°1 <strong>600</strong> which we manufacture.<br />
SAFETY DATA FORM We inform you that we do not establish any safety data form for the<br />
granulated sugar N °1 <strong>600</strong>. Indeed, this form foreseen by the European d<br />
French regulations (Regulation REACH 1907 / 2006 / CE) concerns<br />
specifically substances or chemical, toxic or dangerous preparations.<br />
Granulated sugar N°1 <strong>600</strong> is therefore not concerned by these measures,<br />
which was confirmed by the Office of the Technological Risks and the<br />
<strong>Chemical</strong> and Oil Industries, further to a request made by our Labour<br />
Union, the SNFS (National Labour Union for <strong>Sugar</strong> Manufacturers).<br />
TRACEABILITY Our traceability management respects GS1 standards. We put on each<br />
sent pallet (homogeneous or not) at least a standard label EAN 128<br />
bearing a Serial Shipping Container Code which makes the link with our<br />
operations of production, storage and shipping.<br />
